You can be the Loser and have battled hard and with honor. But the two sides are not equal. They are just not willing to find out who is the best.
Nothing is equal. Put 2 5lb bags of sugar on a scale. One of them is heavier. Just because you do not want to invest in a scale that can tell the difference does not make them equal. The truth is when you get to the level of professional athletes they are all so good you could just call them equal. We do not though. We test them. A test which shows them as equal is a failed test.
Right. Where did you get "Hundreds of Years"? First, Spain has it share of earthquakes. In May of 2011 of course they had one that killed 9 people. In 1956 they had one that killed 12. They have them much more frequently than every few hundred years. Phones change depending because on a Friday night all desks are taken by calltakers. 800 number displayed. The rest of the time some of those desks are used by Me, operations managers and account managers. Operations manager show the main local number. Account manager show a direct dialing number that ring their phone. I show a direct dialing number as well.
You really need to run a dynamic phone system to understand why you could never let the phone company handle this.
If they pass a law I am fairly sure they will fuck it up. It will either be useless for the supposedly "Intended Purpose". Or It will fuck us over. Of course.... It could do both. In fact most laws do.
You sure about that? I have only been around this country for about 45 years. In that time though I have noticed something. Laws that get passed SUCK! They are ineffective at doing what is on the title at best and almost always restrict the freedoms and abilities of those who are doing nothing wrong.
Here is what is really going to happen. The people the News agencies are worried about are already coming through Google news. They will continue to look at Google News and not even notice that the results of the stuff they are looking for do not have Brazilian newspapers in them. They will just see links to places that have the content they are looking for and they will go there.
Most of the internet cows will not even notice that Brazilian News organizations are no longer relevant to the larger conversations going on without them.
I run the phone system for a taxi company. I need the ability to control the number that shows up on a caller ID system. I do not want 1 of 165 numbers I have showing up on a customers phone when a calltaker calls them back of the callout system tells them their cab is at the location. Our recognizable 800 is what I want to show up. So that people know who is calling. Not giving me control causes confusion of who is calling. Taking away the power of responsible businesses is not the way to fix a problem with fuckwads.
