    I watch ads a lot!
    On youtube. At least the good ones.
    Maybe if advertisers were not so incredibly stupid with most of their ads more people would watch them.
    Hell when I am boosting past ads on my DirecTV DVR I sometimes have to hit play and the back 5 seconds button a couple of time to watch an ad that looked interesting. Make the ads content.

    Those things that we could make and accomplish before. Those things that other countries at the time found too difficult or impossible to do or make were things that we did in the US out of sheer will and leadership.
    The US no longer has the Will.
    Apollo 1 caught fire on the landing pad and killed 3 astronauts,
    A little over 2 years later we had 2 guys standing on the moon.
    People die now and entire programs get shut down for years. We no longer have the will to reach.

    Again. I am not saying the banks are not shit. They are.
    But why oh why must we give a pass to the people who knew.

    How many people do you know who got a loan at the height of the market hoping they could refinance at a later time and get the free money that is now in the house out?
    I know a few. So do you. They got caught. Why the fuck do we now forgive them the money they are upside down on and re do a loan for these dead beats at favorable terms for an amount less than they bought the house for?

    Fuck them. I could not afford a house at the top of the market.
    I can not afford to buy a $650,000 house in So Cal. So I did not.
    Now I am looking at irresponsible people who paid $650,000 for a house that is now worth $400,000.
    Having my tax money going to forgive them $250,000 dollars in debit and getting a 3% loan?
    Why? Why must the responsible people suffer for the fools? If we had stayed out of it the bad banks would have just failed.
    The irresponsible idiots would not have the home that they never could afford.
    I would have more money and better houses to choose from at a better rate for being responsible.
    Instead the responsible people are harmed for those who did wrong.
    What should I teach my children?
    What is our society teaching them?
    What are we encouraging?
    What good will come from this?

    While I have no issue with companies getting the best products and prices from wherever the need to get them.
    It makes me sad that now there are some things that the US can no longer make.
    The US (My country by the way) now could never pull its head out of its ass to do anything great.

    I do not understand your point other than to defend your staying there.

    Anyone who can not be bothered to check their e-mail but responds quickly to Facebook posts are not people I end up doing much associating with.
    Seriously. That is the excuse you have. I need to stay in contact with people who religiously follow Facebook but do not respond to their e-mails?
    Look. If you enjoy Facebook and are fully aware of all the shit they do and find yourself to be semi cool with it. Fine.
    Don't come at me with excuses like that though.
    And if you really do have friends that won't respond to your e-mails and do with Facebook....
    Well. When I got rid of Facebook, anyone whom I was acquainted with I lost touch with.

    Google's results aren't algorithmically determined, they handpick them too. Algorithms themselves are also based on Google's and their engineers political agenda.

    I can plainly see that your hatred for Google is strong.
    You are correct though. Google should make sure that their search results are approved by governmental regulators in each of the countries in which they are presented. Only through careful governmental committee approval can we ever find real truth.

    1. Good-hearted sports? Soccer fans as a group is the most violent sports fans there are.
    2. American use Military and Guns while the Europeans and Asians use sports? Germany, Italy, Japan. World War II? Ring a bell?
              Americans (Till they started moving toward the European model) competed for 200 years against the world successfully not in war or sports.
    They competed and won with industry, invention and self reliance. As we move toward a more dependent culture we are losing that.

    You can think Europe and Asia are better than America.
    But try not to base on things so patently wrong.

    The reason so many people can not afford to go to the doctor is the cost.
    The reason the cost is so high is that lawyers and government have gotten together to require that 900 tests be done and every thing be tried and covered regardless of cost.
    It would be so nice to just have a policy that only covers me in the result of catastrophic injury.
    One that does not have to cover pregnancy and drug addiction.
    One not required to hold onto me forever.
    It would also I am sure be awesome if a doctor could just tell you that you have a cold.
    And not be liable for $20 mil in damages because you had something that looks just like a cold but once every 12 years soemone gets this thing that is not a cold and needs a CAT scan to discover.
    Once people understand that they are not entitled to everything for free. Once they know that sometimes spending $800 on every patient that walks through the door to not get sued is a bad thing. Once humanity gets it that even though we are all created equal, we do not stay that way. Things will get much better. Till then it is gonna be a bitch.
