    And they butchered it. I was really looking forward to that because Duck Hunt was easily my favorite game on NES. The game in WiiPlay is just target shooting that has that damn dog at the beginning. Its good in its own right, but sucks as an updated Duck Hunt.

    I doubt this is a problem with silverlight over all and probably just this player. I tried watching the halo videos at http://halo.msn.com/videosHD.aspx but whenever I tried to pick another video at the bottom it just played the same one again no matter what I picked. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Why bother blowing up an airport? There are more densly populated with much less security. Look at a shopping mall. More people and zero security (besides those fearsome mall cops and their golf carts). People are already scared to death of terrorists and air travel. More psychological damage would be caused at a theme park line or a crowded shoping mall. I just try not to let any of it get to me, its better than living in fear.

    Snakes on a plane borrowed a lot from ideas they got on the internet. The "I'm tired of all these mother fucker snakes on this mother fucking plane line" was straight from the internet. I'm sure they will follow the same strategy they did. Look at what's out there, see if any of the ideas are good, take those a build on them and ignore all the rest. But how many active Reboot fanfic groups are there out there? Actually never mind, don't answer that. I said the same thing about the esurance girl... God, I hate the internet...

    I'm still trying to figure out the need for a hand held web browser. I once had class with a dude who had a phone that could surf the web. He just looked at pr0n all class. It helps with boring lectures, but outside of that, I don't see the appeal. That being said, if money wasn't an issue, I'd get get one in an instant.

    I've been saving up for school lately and one of the hardest parts has been talking myself out of upgrading my aging Pentium 4 box. There goes my "not enough programs make use of the extra cores" arguement. Next they are going to start making DX10 only games and Vista will stop sucking and I'll really be in trouble

    The number one thing windows has going for it is that there is so much software written for it. Dropping that to go with a unix based operating system would be there end without a doubt.

    That may make more sense, but wouldn't they recover a lot more money if the gamblers were given the choice of giving back the money or possibly maybe facing legal action. And those who hold on to the cash then get then letter telling them to never come back. So they may be going the route you are suggesting but just with a hint of legal threats as a little motivator.
