And they butchered it. I was really looking forward to that because Duck Hunt was easily my favorite game on NES. The game in WiiPlay is just target shooting that has that damn dog at the beginning. Its good in its own right, but sucks as an updated Duck Hunt.
...who say that there isn't much content out for this format, it has Welcome to LazyTown. Honestly, its the highlight of Icelandic children's shows. Between that and the Bollywood movies, who really needs choice?
I doubt this is a problem with silverlight over all and probably just this player. I tried watching the halo videos at http://halo.msn.com/videosHD.aspx but whenever I tried to pick another video at the bottom it just played the same one again no matter what I picked. Is anyone else having this issue?
I think I saw a documentary about that. It ended with them pulling the mask off the master thief and him saying "And I would have gotten away with it too if it weren't for you pesky kids and your radioactivity!"
Why bother blowing up an airport? There are more densly populated with much less security. Look at a shopping mall. More people and zero security (besides those fearsome mall cops and their golf carts). People are already scared to death of terrorists and air travel. More psychological damage would be caused at a theme park line or a crowded shoping mall. I just try not to let any of it get to me, its better than living in fear.
Snakes on a plane borrowed a lot from ideas they got on the internet. The "I'm tired of all these mother fucker snakes on this mother fucking plane line" was straight from the internet. I'm sure they will follow the same strategy they did. Look at what's out there, see if any of the ideas are good, take those a build on them and ignore all the rest. But how many active Reboot fanfic groups are there out there? Actually never mind, don't answer that. I said the same thing about the esurance girl... God, I hate the internet...
Snarls traffic is right. Hearts go out to the families, blah blah blah, but 635 was an abortion on the way home that day. When people start having industrial disasters, then need to think ahead of how they will effect *me*
I'm still trying to figure out the need for a hand held web browser. I once had class with a dude who had a phone that could surf the web. He just looked at pr0n all class. It helps with boring lectures, but outside of that, I don't see the appeal. That being said, if money wasn't an issue, I'd get get one in an instant.
I've been saving up for school lately and one of the hardest parts has been talking myself out of upgrading my aging Pentium 4 box. There goes my "not enough programs make use of the extra cores" arguement. Next they are going to start making DX10 only games and Vista will stop sucking and I'll really be in trouble
The number one thing windows has going for it is that there is so much software written for it. Dropping that to go with a unix based operating system would be there end without a doubt.
That may make more sense, but wouldn't they recover a lot more money if the gamblers were given the choice of giving back the money or possibly maybe facing legal action. And those who hold on to the cash then get then letter telling them to never come back. So they may be going the route you are suggesting but just with a hint of legal threats as a little motivator.
Example #1: Henry Ford. On one hand you have the assembly line, and on the other had you have that great piece of literature "The International Jew"

That might be your problem
but come on! "Update 24-Nov-2006:"
They sell a fair amount of bargain PCs under the emachines brand. Thats the only time I ever see new gateway products.
I think I saw a documentary about that. It ended with them pulling the mask off the master thief and him saying "And I would have gotten away with it too if it weren't for you pesky kids and your radioactivity!"
Not off topic. Space hickey is from TFA. Unfunny, sure, but not off topic
Before a ton of posts show up bitching the last sentence, you should ask yourself is grammar a big of an issue as you think?

There is obviously a huge, slashdot-wide conspiracy against you!

There are plenty of people who have a bad case of "more money than brains" now a days. But then again we are talking about the iPhone...
And we should value the opinions of people who spend $2,500 on a remote?

Well the guns healing are still in development

Learning interpersonal skills from linux users is like having Bill from sales help you with an computer problem
Last I heard was that they were dropping 32 bit after Vista. So I'm a little surprised by this.

That means use cash instead of credit so you don't have to find out the answer
