But if the perpetrator admits the woman actually did say 'Stop' then Swedish law is extremely clear and it counts as rape.
You could argue that, however to me a number of crucial elements will always be missing from FPS games that will prevent them from ever being 'immersive' to me. 1) They make you feel like you're in a floating camera, when they try to compensate for the fact humans have limbs, they feel like a bouncing floating camera 2) IRL I have peripheral vision as well as the ability to turn my head, being unable to do this is a deal breaker for my immersion 3) IRL I have a functioning sense of balance and a functioning spatial sense, in FPS I don't. It completely breaks immersion when you get lost in the silliest spaces or just randomly walk off ledges (or fall instead of using the ladder, wtf?)
I don't see first person shooters as immersive at all. I feel like I'm playing a floating camera with a gun attached. I prefer third person shooters for a number of reasons, 1) They don't give me dizziness and headache from the camera movement 2) They give me a much better idea of the relative position of my character compared to everything else, and doesn't make it feel like the character is floating when he climbs ladders or whatnot 3) They allow the character to have much better movements as you can see in more then one direction 4) They allow you to have more game-play mechanics like interesting melee combat.
Third person shooters can also be made competently with PC controls in mind, for instance Global Agenda is a great Team Fortressish shooter that's third person and designed for PC and I find it much nicer to play then Team Fortress 2.
Interestingly their official party program was socialist, it's just that they decided they didn't want to implement it as they were quite happy with the bribes they got from the industry sector and they were much more interested in the racial purity and imperialism anyhow.
I don't find them to be terribly different from any other religious fundamentalist, they're hardly the only ones to use suicide tactics either. They're all pretty scary and it's not like Islam is some special case.

I honestly don't think anyone cares at all about what name they attach to their politics, have you looked at the names of all the established parties? They're all equally silly.
The point is to be an exclamation, it doesn't really matter what word you use as long as it's clear from context that it's an intensifier, swear words are good for the purpose just because people get offended by them. (They become less useful as intensifiers if you use them all the time for the same reason)
It exploded for the same reason that the iPhone did, it was the best polished MMO created by a developer with a large fanbase released just as everyone was getting broadband. What both Blizzard and Apple did right was appeal to the casual segments where everyone else was trying to attract the hardcore and lodged in their leading positions they get momentum by pure marketshare.
For one the worm wouldn't spread very far if you did that, for another you'd get the international police after you for gargantuan damage penalties that you wouldn't be able to pay of in your entire life.
The thing about average IQ is that even if everyone in western Russia are really really smart, their average IQ statistic will still be run down by all their rural less educated folks, I mean look at Russia, it's bloody huge.

Texting is a lot more silent if a criminal is nearby and might hear you, also a lot of people are idiots.
