The 1GB barrier is an Intel/Microsoft business decision requirement to allow selling of WinXP/Win7Starter at a reduced cost. It was never a technical issue.
He may be a Windows user, but he's also a much respected reviewer. Let's stop the attack and look carefully at his points and address them if necessary. How about a 'Getting Started' tutorial for new users to learn the UI and differences between Windows and Gnome?

If Jack Thompson want to make himself useful in suing game publishers, this is probably the only case I'd sanction.
crappy high def hollywood produced movies are still crap. I'm not defending youtube content, but why attack the medium when it's content quality people keep complaining about?
