    I lost total faith in the system that time when shakespeare in love nabbed a lot of oscars, not becuase of quality but because of marketing tricks from the creators.

    I dont think Golden Globe is any less vulnerable.

    But can they tell if they do that and also provide pictures with alternative coloring so that the recipient have choice.

    That would seem reasonable to me.

    They can do that, and still Edit away all the alien artifacts...

    Didnt see those, I am using Opera, and you can choose to block all pop ups or only allowing requested ones. + A million other features.

    Well security against fraud and safer payment is one thing.

    The biggest question is, how will the corporations treat our financial data? And how will the governments safeguard it.

    Getting your card sacked is one thing, but getting your private information stolen, sold or whatever might be worse.

    Well, since they have been ordered to show the code in the court in january I think we will se the end of this. One question I Do have is:

    I do not live in America, but shouldnt there be a lot of people reporting SCO to the appropriate governmental Body that oversees frauds in the stockmarket? (SEC)

    How is that going, do they have any official stance on that or?

    Are they waiting until the hammer falls (most likely) in heavy disfavor to Sco?

    Care to enlighten a foreigner?

    I worked at an ISP in Sweden a little while back. The biggest majority of users are still using Windows 98. I guess ms only chance to make people upgrade is the usual underhanded tactics, not supporting new features etc.

    Me myself, I still use netscape messenger for email and have no plans on changing client. (Its super easy to backup your email in that program)
