    You're right. The fact that TPB has records of IP addresses it can go back to is disturbing all by itself. Let alone actually using that capability to 'out' someone - regardless of if they are the enemy or not.

    It's very simple. If it's a 'server' that can generate revenue then they want their share.

    You can't charge bittorrent clients you are seeding to but you can take credit card numbers, paypal donations, and bitcoins through a web page.

    Remember to always follow the godforsaken $$$ whenever you want an answer to anything even remotely related to business.

    It's not hard, really.

    Can FISA decisions be appealed to the Supreme Court? How exactly would that work then with FISA court procedings being secret and Supreme Court proceedings (historically) being public?

    And if they appeals can't happen due to the secretive nature of FISA courts then in practice anyway - which, IMO is what actually matters - the FISA courts are not inferior in any way. I mean who do they answer to, anyway? Anyone?

    Having 'access' to good information is not the same as having bad information constantly repeated to you day after day through government and corporate propaganda organs while you struggle on a daily basis to make ends meet and keep your family fed.
