Amen to that...before nocd patches were available, there were/are virtual drives.
And what about the Thief series? DromEd allows people to create their own missions/campaigns, and edit existing missions. After playing through the original game, you have the option to play dozens, even hundreds of fan missions.
What about BeOS?
Microsoft can use their power to bring BeOS back from the dead, charging only for support (like some Linux distros/companies do) and possibly for server/business usage.
With text messaging being so prevalent these days, I don't see why people couldn't simply use their cell phones to jot down these notes (most phones have some sort of note-taking application). If/when confronted, simply say you were chatting with a friend (a lie...I know).
And just think: when the plans for the North American Union are finalized, we can add the power of the Peso to our combined economy, which will unite us all under the shadow of the Amero!
I like the fact that AllofMP3 allows you to customize your music, with several formats and bit rates available. If only all online music stores gave us such flexibility (and lower prices), I'd be more likely to start using something like iTunes or Napster (I do use Rhapsody, and am thinking about giving Yahoo Music a try, as well).
Several years ago my mother bought a Gateway, and that was when I learned to use a PC. It was a P133, with 32MB RAM and a 1.5GB hard drive, and it ran Windows 95 (go ahead and laugh, I know I do when I think about it). I learned how to use DOS commands to get my games running, and the basics of the Internet/dial-up on that thing.
There's this incredible new product soon to be released, and it's called Soylent Green....

I wonder which part of him was put inside the can.

The title reminded me of the internal Mac vs Apple ][ battle, as depicted in the movie Pirates Of Silicon Valley.
