I'll tell you this though, I wish Microsoft and Amazon's attempts at penetrating my network were as infrequently as those of the Russians. My log files tell me who my enemies are and Russia is NOT one of them.
Amazingly, one of Obama's last actions as US president was to give BB the Bird. This was done by way of resolution 2334 in December of 2016. The resolution was one of opposition to additional Israeli settlements in occupied Palestinian territory.
Obama really enjoyed sticking it to people -especially President Putin who interfered with US plans to turn Syria into another Iraq or Libya. The Russian intervention amounted to an internationally coordinated and executed disposal of Syrian chemical weapons. It was such a fair proposal that Obama couldn't refuse it without losing face. Yet, he never let go of his grudge and Ukrainians are still paying the price by their deaths due to the Obama / John Kerry DoS overthrow of the fragile, post western-backed Orange Revolution Kiev government. Now we've got Nazis on the lose with US weapons.
Obama's legacy is truly one of disgrace. His arrogance is still killing people in Syria, Ukraine, and elsewhere -even today...and the best our reprobate politicians and bureaucrats can do is blame Putin.

Mnuchin is about as sick of a person as Michael Morell. He just can't seem to destroy our international relations fast enough. Eventually the US populace will become sickened enough by of this one-man judge-jury-executioner wrecking ball and have his ass. Then his trophy wife can take his left over cash and boast about her flippancy with it all over social media.
Minus the Microsoft tax, what would be the cost of this device? (I'm just trying to figure out what Windows 8.1 is worth these days.)
Should I buy Windows and get a free PC or can I buy Windows 8.1 OEM for a quarter without the free PC?
Microsoft is now fully into its race to the bottom for diminishing returns. Does the company expect to make a killing on the app store?

Combat in space would be very similar to the geriatric fight scene between Rachel Singer (played by Helen Mirren) and Dieter Vogel (i.e. "The Surgeon of Birkenaufrom) (played by Jesper Christensen) in the 2011 movie "The Debt" -only less exciting.
I've been trying to be a modest AMD fanboy for more than a decade. Yet, seeing AMD engage in smack talk is disturbing.
Even if NVIDIA is correct in its claim, I would rather see AMD directing finances towards 1) improving upon the stability and functionality of the Catalyst software suite and 2) a more usable driver download website. This, basically, amounts to AMD treating its software / driver developers better.
Licensing SLI technology from NVIDIA would also be nice of AMD. That way, I could yank my Radeon HD X2 and replace it with a more stable graphics option, without purchasing a non-AMD chipset motherboard -should AMD fail to address items 1 and 2.
Flame bait or not, this issue is currently pertinent to a project at my work place where I recently deployed a number of kiosks for a student government association at small community college. Those kiosks run Debian 5.0.1 with... IceWeasel and display location-tailored web sites produced by a supposedly open source-pioneering web developer. Since the developer doesn't understand that IceWeasel is Firefox (even with the 'about IceWeasel' screen referencing Firefox and Mozilla)... I've been asked to rebuild all of the kiosks with a more popular (i.e. I'm not a slut. I'm just popular.) operating system / web browser combination. Never mind all of the time it took to learn linux well enough to implement these things. Never mind the fact either that the web developer's.css doesn't validate. Never mind the fact that their xhtml doesn't validate, and never mind the fact that their java script doesn't validate. Blame it on the po-dunk, back-woods I.T. guy not using Windoze and Firefox. Comments and suggestions from the Debian crowd are appreciated. Thank you.

Perhaps fostering innovation rather than inhibiting it would bolster the market.
For example, by way of rhetorical questions, why is there not a desktop computer based on the cell processor yet and why has Sony locked down access to the PS3 graphics processor?
