Im assuming your on one of the business rates? I ask because I'm on HomeOffice 2+ (have been with demon for a good 8 years now) and have a cap of 60GB per rolling 30 day period. I've been capped to 128kbps twice now, so I rang for my mac code thinking I might try Be, and they offered me Demon Business 2+ Pro for £30 a month, which apparently is a no limits service. Would be nice to get your impressions of the service before committing to a 12 month contract, if you have the time:)
BTW, I also opted out of e-billing at the time, for very similar apprehensions, it is nice to be vindicated.
Running 7 here at work with 3 screens just fine, Two on a 6600GT and one on the onboard X1100. Had to do a slight tweak to get Aero enabled on all three (force aero on and restart the display manager service). At home I have four screens on two 9800GTX+'s (FSX:) ) with literally zero config required (other than doing the placement in the display customisation screen). Couldn't get either of those configs stable on XP. YMMV

Guy I know at work in the UK used to work installing cables for new power stations back in the 70's. Tells a great story about a cable they were installing underground to link the turbine hall with the substation.
This cable was about 2 feet diameter and a couple of hundred metres long, and was installed with 2 or 3 meter tails sticking out at either end. Night after the cable was installed, they all came back and cut the tails about a meter below ground level, pulled the rest and made a VERY tidy sum selling it to a scrapyard. 3 months later when the station is due to be connected, guys turn up to wire the tails and find the cable missing. Hilarity ensues.
Given that there fighting one of the worlds biggest companies for market share, I dont think a third of the dev budget is that unrealistic in marketing terms. I think Google realise this, and dont feel particularly hard done by, as can be seen by the extension of the deal onward to 2011. Not exactly like they're strapped for cash...
Not quite unspent, they have $68,847,453 invested in various areas (common stock, bonds etc...).
Marketing is not that big of a chunk (relatively speaking) at $6,332,459 (compared to $20,000,000 on development).
