Nonsense, obviously the emergency capacitors would absorb any access energy created by the array. The only side effect was in they overloaded they would discharge through the main reactor core overloading several systems, possibly causing a flux in the hyper-drive which would create a tach...

Isn't the idea of full disclosure meant to help security by bringing to light flaws in ...whatever? thus forcing companies/governments to deal the the problem rather than simply ignore them. Altho in this case a government (Swiss) is playing on one side, and a company (Skype) is on the other.

They are completely worthless, a dime a dozen. Anytime facebook has done anything at all there have been revolts against it. When FB changed it up some, they revolted. When FB let non-college people join, they revolted. When FB changed it up *again*, they revolted. ect...

But oh man, can you imagine the poop that would hit the fan if they went and changed it all back to how it was originally? ah that would be epic.

Facebook revolts are all fail, just like facebook.

it depends. in modern games you have for the most part fixed and predictable levels and design.

Imagine in the future games where the game world (environment) is truly active and/or deformable. a bit of an extreme example, but imagine setting off a large number of high explosives at the top of a waterfall, physically changing the land over which the water flows. with this kind of system, the flow of water would change, and as a result the sound would change.

or maybe imagine blowing up part of a riverbed, or causing a massive land slide that changes the shape or course of a river. And i'm talking about 100% player based decisions, with a realistic game world reaction, not some pre-scripted event in the game.

for the most part it probably wouldn't matter, and recordings would work well and probably be easier. but it would be cool anyways, at least in my mind.

"They" being AT&T then dropped that charge right away after a "Are you nuts?"

    The charges just disappeared.

But rest assured AT&T will get that money, or at least some portion of it, probably from the government. Because both AT&T and the government (or whatever agency it is) know that forcing the charges would just create more outrage and publicity over the matter.

I read the article before posting.

Then I guess you don't have enough reading comprehension, because there is no chance that a telco who is really "coming at you for damages" will back down with just an "are you nuts" reply. If you don't believe me try it on your next cellphone bill.

Dreamlords is a weird but interesting concept. overall it just failed to hook me. I did travian once on a speed server and it was fun but couldn't keep up after a few weeks, I like civony a lot more, it's very similar but much better overall imo.

i really enjoy GO's whole fully-customizable ships thing, it makes it a lot of fun, unfortunately i'm in the FAIL faction known as Raymen on the 01-Aries server...

astro empires, i dunno, i really like it till about level 60 then i stop caring and just mass up levis and deathstars for the heck of it.
