There are so few teachers who are capable of inspiring children to learn things for themselves that it only takes a couple of weeks a year for them to learn such a basic concept that holds the reward of lifelong learning. Far too often teachers demand that students dowse their quench for knowledge by requiring them to hold to standards of education that are designed to meet the needs of the mediocre.
I wish I could convey to you how severe my frustration with an education system that rewards aceing tests with "C"'s because the required mundane homework assignments were not completed as assigned. The education system I experienced was designed to steer people towards meeting in the middle and did nothing to encourage students to succed on their own.
So how about this? Would you consider a few weeks long test out period for students who just don't want to listen to you rehashing concepts for months on end that they have already mastered in just a few days?

If Google has a method of identifying and reporting one file that violates a law why shouldn't it be expected to use that same method to identify files that violate other laws, particulary if the hashes of those other illegal files are provided to Google?

If you report an 11 you reset yourself to 1, which is considered pain manageable without drugs. I can't believe that there are so many here that don't consider an absolute an absolute. All reporting an 11 on a scale of 10 does is label you at best an idiot, at worst a drug addict.
Think of a 10 on the pain scale as absolute zero. Just like there is nothing colder there is nothing that could hurt worse. Saying your pain is an 11 is a clear sign that you are drug seeking and trying to game system that is trying to scientifically objectify a phenomanom. Computer software does not allow for charting anything higher than a 10.
Just an FYI, any one who gives an 11 when asked what their pain level on a scale of 0-10 is pretty much automatically labelled a drug seeker. 10 means the pain is the absolute most you could ever imagine experiencing. Think being disembowelled while being roasted on a spit here and the marinate being tincture of iodine. There simply is no higher score than a ten by non-druggies.

But they are definitely still lacking in fuel efficiency and even more importantly safety. What really needs to be focused on is a method to stop them dead in their tracks whenever they are in striking distance of slower moving objects such as pedestrians and bicyclists.
So 18 discs work with greasy fingers, and one doesn't? That is your theory? To add insult to injury I received an email from my ISP that I would be charged more for internet access because I exceeded their max after I watched the missing episodes that were available on my Amazon account. I'm really trying to stay on the right side, but the powers that be are making it very hard to do so.
Well first off, they don't always play. I have a disc never used before from a newly purchased complete "Fringe" series that my player can't be read even though the others have played just fine. Secondly, I prefer preparing my snacks before the disc goes in the machine.
Did somebody let dice have a go at the codebase? Seriously, it is strange. Even the logo is missing at the top. I checked my script blocking, and fsdn and slashdot are allowed. Only google and rpxnow are blocked. What gives?
