    Why is everyone making such a big fuss about this? In accordance with established appeals procedure we have already put out an RFP for a comically large wooden balance scale and duck. Once the bid is complete, the agent's weight will be compared with that of the duck and the truth will be established by incontrovertible scientific means. There is no need for alarm.

    Actually India receives a lot of financial aid (Hundreds of millions of pounds every year) from the UK alone never mind the US, EU etc. They have a government funded space program and some of the worst poverty in the world. I'll be happy if the can have one and fix the other but spending all day polishing your Porsche whilst your kids are starving to death is just plain stupid.

    Finally... heirarchical start menu browsing... was clumsy in Windows 95 and all but useless in a modern PC. Nobody used it unless they had to,

    But it was useful for lumping related application files together rather than having them spread all over the start menu because it only has one layer.
