    I know that Apple II *DID* run CP/M of some flavor, but CP/M *sucked*, and Apple showed nearly no support for it.

    For years I ran CP/M on my Apple ][+, mostly to use WordStar. I still use Joe (WordStar look-alike) as my editor under any *nix I get my grubby hands on.

    Anyhow, yes, the support from Apple was basically "here's a Z80 card, you're on your own."

    have you ever turned off "safe search"? there's TONS of illegal stuff indexed by google, including minor illegal things like copyright infringement and hate speech, all the way up to crimes that actually hurt people like ponzi schemes, child porn, identity theft rings and virus producers.

    All the more reason to turn off safe search!

    I see game publishers starting to make complete games included on disc as DLC then make the unlock code only valid for the original purchaser. That obliterates the resale market.

    They put out a new license agreement a couple months ago that doesn't restrict voipoc.

    So GoogleVoice will be available someday? I already have Skype on my phone with a 3G unrestricter (jailbroken)

    Actually that agreement has some pretty decent customer protection clauses. ie.: not to use Push Notifications to spam, phish or advertise, not to use unnecessary traffic on the cellular network.

    One that caught my eye was no VoIP over the cellular network.
