    Fires have a way of spreading. In fact, in this particular fire the fire spread to a neighbor's house who DID pay the fee. The fire department came out to handle it, but if they had handled the original fire the paying neighbor would never have had fire in the first place. Really works great, huh?

    Not true. Books that are bound using a landscape orientation for their pages are clumsy and unwieldy. If the typewriter had been the origin of that orientation, personal letters and correspondence prior to the 19th century would all be landscape. You will find they are not.

    If the source code were written out in a book for the purchaser to enter into their computer by hand (or even just the bits of a compiled version), you're saying it would be illegal to resell that book? There is no fundamental difference between that and a DVD-ROM delivery.
