Basically an employee gets a question and then they go to google and find the answer, they get paid for each question they answer. On their monitor there is a little scrolling line chart that shows how much money they are making, it caused productivity to soar.
Very true but for some reason I'd like to think that the US gov is a bit smarter than that, and maybe some of those top secret satellites can be turned into a back up GPS with the push of a button.
I think its a great idea and it's replacement needs to be a GSE just like Sallie Mae and Freddie Mac, basically the government gives them money and they do whatever.

I agree with you completely but my belief is that its because Chrono Trigger was a plot driven story and Mass Effect was a character driven. I'll take a good plot over good characters any day, the best stories merge both of them (The Usual Suspects)
