I go over the cap almost every month, I have not received a warning for going over, but I suspect it may be due to the fact I am under contract for 2 years of service.
Netflix streaming on multiple devices will eat that cap away. I rarely download files.

At about 2 mins in he says for years students have scored about the same, and he hasn't changed his teach methods, maybe if he changed his teaching methods he would get a higher average of grades.
Also, I would be quite angry if I was made to do a make-up test, when I was innocent.
Scientist Miv333 says "bleeding is a likely cause of being stabbed" and "cancer is a likely cause of smoking."
Some of these scientists today, need to learn some objectiveness.
Lacks classes... There are dedicated ships to repairing other ships, but they are not an essential part of the game, and any ship can fit the modules, they just don't get the extra bonus.
For my senior project I requested a donation of PCs from a local business, and they granted it, and I grouped up with a underclassmen (He then used it as his senior project the next year, maintaining it). But we setup Fedora on 32 PCs and setup a server using a form of UNIX I forget. The lab worked perfectly, we were even able to use wine to emulate programs that the school required for testing purposes. It really isn't too hard to convert, you just have to make a convincing argument in a way that people who don't understand open source, will understand IE money.
Don't resist! Just give in. I bought it the day of release, I got out of my Verizon contract for 200$ even. I don't regret it one bit. Loading Debian on it? Can't wait!

You are right, I was referring to armor repairers and shield repairers though. :P But you can place mining lasers on combat ships.

It's great that it is free, but they lose so much money on it, if the options are shut it down or charge, I choose charge.
A bot will crack it regardless. There is nothing that can be done, other than remove the bot creators.
"Is this like Microsoft asserting control over what programmers may code for Windows?" They do. Compare the customizability of windows vs linux.
