Back in the old days, the most ardent Mac enthusiasts pooh-poohed unix. This was back when Apple was blowing many millions of dollars on their 'next generation Mac OS' which was a flop. Apple's developers really aren't good enough to produce a robust preemptive multitasking OS. They ended up just piggybacking on unix.
Speaking to third party Apple developers, they have always been a captive group. The tools back in the 90's were expensive and you had to pretty much be a club member to do much at all.
People here don't act like they live in the third world.
In fact, I would bet that there are many, many more people who live a third world lifestyle (immigrants and minorities) in your part of the country than mine.
A cave the size of an RV. Which is your living space, for the rest of your life. You can leave it wearing a smothering space suit. Once in awhile, in a very pre-planned fashion.
To be fair, Marx was a nineteenth-century political economist. Those are special critters, not modern science-based economists.
Political economy is whatever a dude like Stalin says it is, and the theory is valid as long as the gulag up and running so peer review can be conducted.
It's common knowledge that Mercedes vehicles that are out-of-warranty are high risk purchases and quite inexpensive. Because the steep maintenance cost makes them mostly not worth having. So you can get 'nice' older Mercedes sedans for $8-10K because the cost of servicing them is out-of-this-world, and they're complex fusty machines that need said service regularly.
One of the primary targets of the KKK at the height of its power in mainstream America in the '20s and '30s was the Roman Catholic Church. Be careful which other hate mongerers you hang out with.
The e-sports outfits just need to team up with the professional wrestling leagues. The wrestlers can help them become better entertainers and give them many tips on developing their showmanship.
I thought the developer of GTA (on Playstation 1) was some other company and Rockstar acquired it. Later versions and even later disks of GTA1 are labeled Rockstar, the first releases are not.
I repaired some ag equipment just this past week that was manufactured in 1974. No problem at all. It was cleaner than some of the gear I have worked on (this was a John Deere planter monitor) but in general circuit boards are just stable. I deal with plenty of stuff with old 68HC11 processors and LCD displays from the 80s that spent most of it's life mounted on equipment out in barns... still good, at least as far as the pc boards are concerned. Electrolytic capacitors is another matter, but those should be replaced if that old anyways.
With ECL logic in it, it probably runs at several hundred megahertz. The floor it is installed on will probably need to be reinforced to support the massive cooling system required to keep it running.
For it's time, Windows 2000 was mighty fine. It killed Desktop Linux.
To prevent people from thinking that an SE/30 was a complete joke because there was only MacOS to run on it?

I miss the existence of a sarcasm tag.

There are other purposes for coal besides burning it. Coke is needed to refine iron into steel.
"Escaping attention" is pretty important.
Aluminum cans are entirely coated on the inside with plastic. It's really an aluminum-reinforced plastic can.
Who would let themselves get roped into a $3000 mortgage? Our monthly mortgage is high, at $800, but we have five acres of land.
He is not a professional politician. It's too importand, and should be run by the professionals.

Today the terrorist won. We no longer want Others into our country where we can learn from them, and they can learn from us.
Rather, we don't want poor uneducated peasants coming to the US.

They need to be cracked so they can be turned into GP computing devices. Then again, that's a lot of work for essentially a netbook.

I am definitely not renewing my Prime when it lapses in February.

Shouldn't you be off playing Fortnight or Farmville or something, kid?

"We've taken away local removable storage. You've already shared your gifts with us; any time we decide we want them they're on our server."
True. In the end, the Mac interface could have evolved into a little brushed aluminium drool cup. No need for a keyboard or mouse!
Radio signals have always bumped up and down from the ionosphere.
