I don't remember the statistics for the bachelor. 3/4 year ago the average time for bachelor + master was 6.5 years instead of 5.
I have a master in TLC and a PhD in CS. Now I'm working in a university and in the "spare" time i decide to get a bachelor in Math.
What you hear about Italians students is true. However, I'm not living with my parents since i started the first bachelor at 18.
Uhm, this is not true.
I've started my PhD after one year working for a consulting company.
Now that I've finished the PhD I've decided to take a bachelor in Math (I already have a bachelor in Engineering) and I could start the program from the second year.
Basically I already have 2/3 of the credits need to get the bachelor.
I live in Italy but the system is pretty the same all across Europe (well at least west Europe).
Web 3.0? What is that supposed to be? A LAMP application hooked up to a cage of weasels? I do not know what Web 3.0 will be, but Web 4.0 will be read on clay tablets.
Just in case you are not teasing me...
If that is not satire, then their are the ones that consider their own point of view the legitimate one. Only zealots are always so sure of themselves. Personal beliefs must always be open to challenge. Mine are, what about yours or theirs?
Denying support to the OLPC is silly. People in developing countries need modern-technologies and education if they are survive, become productive members of their
As many other people already pointed out, OLPC's targets do have educations. I've met people from all around the world and so far the less educated were high school students from the US. Very few of them speak a foreign language, they only know American (that means US) history and they consider everything outside the US as third world. As for example I've spoken with a high school student in Texas and she was surprised by the fact that in Italy we do have microwave ovens. So please stop talking about people that cannot even count sing their fingers
You do not have any of the rights written in the constitution. Get over with it.

Isn't that sad...
I'm wondering... is that blog kinda satiric? Or are they serious?
