He sold courses for credits that they weren't approved for, sold courses for less credits than they were good for (to sell more courses) and tried to get hold of our client database so he could start sending them SPAM for other businesses.
And when I mentioned a few key laws he was breaking, he laughed for a good five minutes and then rattled off a list of other laws he was breaking, and how he was breaking them in his other businesses ventures.
