    I don't see how the plastic could withstand the stresses and heat of a gun being fired repeatedly.

    it's actually pretty common anytime you sign something.
    Go look at the TOS with your bank, loans, electric company.

    If there is a dispute you agree to resolve it with arbitration. Granted it may unenforceable but that does not mean it's news when eBay follows an industry standard.

    I think you're missing the point.

    Even if it's unenforceable, eBay is still doing the same thing everyone else is.

    He's said that such things are not a federal matter and he would let the states decide.

    He's made that very clear and his apologists bring it up whenever you bring up his religious leanings. He's not going to impose Christianity, he's going to let the states do that.

    I'm talking strictly in the sense of his claims that we should let the states decide if slavery is allowed or if women are property.

    Unless he staunchly denounces both of those then he's not going to be electable.

    Yea, simply put if there were no D or R, he would still be unelectable.

    So long as he goes around saying it should be up to the states to decide if blacks and women can vote, and should let them decide if GOD is the ruler of a state; then that'll mean most of the US would be opposed to him.

    That's the point, in the OEM case they do not want you to.

    If you are putting it on a new PC then they want you to buy a new one.

    The Retail/Full one is largely painless, I've transferred my key between two different computers with nothing special other then just typing it in and activating it.

    *Plus I can go next door and buy some sweet sweet morphine off the local dealer when my procedure is finished.

    Actually the Wii is kicking both the Xbox and PS3 when it comes to units sold.
    Wii had a huge initial spike and has since leveled off and been overtaken by the more steady sales rate of the other two, but lifetime units sold it's still #1, and will probably remain that way for the rest of this generation.

    Wii: 96.56 million (as of June 30, 2012)
    Xbox: 67.2 million (as of April 19, 2012)
    PS3: 63.9 million (as of March 31, 2012)

    Also Nintendo did loose money for the entirety of last year, but they are hardly bleeding; it's the first negative year in over a decade.
    They lose $400m, but are valued at over $85b.

    When the Wii spiked they made a fuck ton, but since then it's slowly been whittled away year after year as the units sold also dropped. Plus there was a devaluation of the Yen, which Sony also suffered from.

    Now compare that to the other two, who have both had to lay off people. Sony recently laid off over 3000 employees.

    Please go back to third grade and learn some reading comprehension...

    OP commented we should never mess with nature and naturally evolved DNA, I noted two examples of where it turned out for the better and were achieved it albeit with primitive methods.

    You also chose to ignore half my comment where OTHER forms of common, DNA augmented species are NOT affected by that same blight.

    So yes, you used a straw men by trying to take one specific aspect of my comment and disprove it, unsuccessfully I might add.

    If anything it's a straw-man argument, you took one part of my post, pointed out one negative and somehow you think that proves we should not meddle with nature.

    OP suggested we not meddle with nature, we have and we're the better for it.
    So earlier attempts had some issues, what do you expect when you clone a plant?
    What about the Gros Michel, it also does not occur naturally, but IS resistant to the Panama disease.

    What about the work of "Norman Borlaug"?
    Food scientist that has saved billions due to his work with crops, increasing their yields and making them more pest/disease resistant.

    Also still waiting on a rebuttal for the household dog, and how it was domesticated from wild wolves.

    While never using it myself, the reviews I saw did not make it seem that bad.

    Maybe for twitch-tastic fighting games, you'd have an issue but you could easily play any RPG, FPS, or similar game without issue.

    Even if he did do what is being alleged, it only carries a fine as punishment, like a speeding ticket. And he's not even been charged, just a person of interest they want to ask questions to, which they normally do over the phone.

    Well there are full size touch screen, problem previously was the UI for them.

    Of-course MS does seem to be making a mistake by trying to shoehorn this tablet centric UI onto everything under the sun.

    Might be "Duh" if you're either lazy or an idiot.

    It's call folders and files names and other details. Photographer isn't going to dump his whole portfolio into one giant folder and go through the thumbnails to find the photos of the Ramierez Wedding mixed in with the Smith and Jones Weddings.

    What he'd do is name them differently and dump them in their own folder.

    Outside a porn collection or server, when would you need to have 1000+ images stored in a single folder with zero organization, and had to rely on a thumbnail to distinguish it?

    A photographer might generate that much content but he'll organize it, same for a graphic designer.
