Yea, it may have been, it's just no one seems to talk about it beyond "Oh yea remember that show that was only seen because you got the start time wrong?"
I always understood it to be just another of those teenage angsty drama shows, but with Superman. Along the same lines as Dawson's Creek, Felicity, Roswell; shit I'd catch five minutes of before the real show I wanted to see came on.
Dilmom: Why don't you call your product the Gruntmaster 6000? Dilbert: What kind of product do you see when you imagine a Gruntmaster 6000? Dilmom: Well it's a stripped-down version of the Gruntmaster 9000 of course. But it's software-upgradeable.
OR... in the ever more common case, people with degrees who are a dime a dozen, so no need to pay them their worth since you can hire them at min wage; everyone else is doing the same.
The problem is that defeats the purpose of episodic gaming which was touted as being not a big a financial liability for companies and they could tailor future episodes to appeal to the gaming audience based on past reactions.
What you're suggesting is that they'd have invested just as much as a normal release, but instead of one game to make it a hit they'd have a half dozen that'd need to be hits; and if as it turns out people did not like a character or aspect, they could not change it.
TellTale is the only company I can think of doing any real episodic gaming, Valve tried but that's kind of petered out.
Remember one base password across all sites and it'll convert it into a hash for you, so even if you have a key-logger installed it'll only record the base, and not the hashed one.
Just FYI there are many neighborhoods which have a HOA, and set rules saying that you cannot have a solar panel, even if it's not visible. If they find out they can fine you or even have you evicted.
Lots of people would be willing, but there is this taboo about them and people think they will lower property vales, so they get these HOA's and cities to set rules about not being allowed to have them.
Except that I think you heavily overestimate how much money is really needed.
I can rent a professional studio for several hours at a cost of a couple thousand dollars. I can also buy consumer grade recording equipment that sounds on par with the professional grade to the ear, for far less then the millions they front.
Their money goes into Hollywood Accounting. Ever notice how bands are always broke unless they become ultra popular (Beatles, Rolling Stones, etc...).
I thought in later seasons he was a full fledged Superman?
I only saw it for the first season and it was all Superman but no powers and all Monster of the Week.
Yea, it may have been, it's just no one seems to talk about it beyond "Oh yea remember that show that was only seen because you got the start time wrong?"
There was also a reboot of The Bionic Woman, but that didn't go over well either.
Considering how the Live Action show fared,I doubt we'll be seeing anything more of the Tick.
He's sort of a meta/parody super hero after all.
Didn't it get canned?
It was too different from the source material and there was a lot of internet backlash that they decided to cut their losses.

Got a link?
IMDB does not even have a production page up for a sequel. There was a video game released shortly after the movie though.
Last thing anyone from Disney/Pixar have said seems to be from late '11, saying they will make one when they have a good story.

So it'll be five minutes of story and 1:55 hours of them talking smack while charging their laser!
Got any smaller or indie theaters around?
Quite a bit of stuff of late has been new, but just no special collector cups at Burger King.
Was it?

Super Hero TV shows already suffer from power creep and "drama".
Either the bad guys get more powerful and the Hero's must as well to the point of absurdity;or they mix in a buncha teenage drama BS.
Why didn't you like the show?
I rather liked it, given the source material.

If you're making in wage, you're not going to get OT.
An employer would sooner hire a second worker and only pay them min wage, thus a net decrease for them.
What OP is talking about is having to work two FT min wage jobs.
Well RT is owned by WB, and guess who produced this movie?
Nothing wrong with mixing a lil leather & lace :)
Yea same for me, but look at a commercial shop that deals with servers or retail computers.

Yep, Streisand effect, thanks to Apple I have been hearing more news of Google's offerings then I have Apple's.
Personally I much prefer serves like pwdhash.

Did the Devs even see a lead pipe?
Those things don't "break" after hitting a person a half dozen times.

Wrong?
Both are required for any modern CEO.
I remember there being a lot of objections about including patented designs in industry standards.
And where will they be put?
Many people are very NIMBY about solar and wind.
