  1. That's not a mugging. Without violence it's not mugging, it's just theft.

    You don't "hand over" something to someone who snaps it from your hands.

    My point being that if the guy has a knife/gun on you and tells you "give me that phone", he could just as well say "password?".

    However, they don't really care, as stolen phones are sold en masse to people who don't need the pass to resell them.

    How is a black market a "free market"? How can you have any more government "regulation" beyond completely forbidden?

    I don't know, but once they figure it out it will be first applied to sending a song to a friend. Which, unlike sending crack cocaine to any buyer, is a serious crime.

    Rather than "last and only hope" I'd say "next stage in the eternal progression of socioeconomic systems".

    Movie adaptations went from one to many and then to series. The edges blur and soon we'll complete the full batch of movie remakes into series.

    And in this case it's also a matter of medium rather than story. A theater may need two hour long movies, but Netflix can sell thirteen chapter series just as easily.

    In case it helps in the future:
    You probably know a subpoena is a demand with which you'd be penalized if you don't comply. So, a demand under penalty.

    The word subpoena comes from "sub", under, (as in submarine), and poena, punishment, (as in penal system or penalty, in sports).

    Maybe that will help you with the spelling. :)

    Do you really think a substantial fraction of the voters care about program, politics or the past?

    Hillary is a good choice if want to vote for someone whose name starts with an H because the "H" brings you good luck.

    Remember that your vote counts just as much as the vote of the average youtube/facebook/twitter comment writer.
