I have heard there were 2 names leaked, I have heard there were thousands linked. You seem pretty sure on hundreds leaked. I've yet to hear any citations and I am beginning to think the thousands of innocent Afghans is a "won't someone think of the children" plea.

He wasn't dreaming at the end, the top wobbled. Considering the slow zoom in on the top, if the filmmaker intended anyone to interpret the ending as dream, the top wouldn't have wobbled. The wobble was just to elicit groans from the audience as it started to fall, and made us start cranking our minds to figure out what happened.

The simple and non-ambiguous ending is that he isn't in a dream because Saito shot him, waking him up. The last scene before Cobb woke up was Saito picking up a handgun. This was Cobb's plan all along. He sent Fischer back to reality after planting the idea (inception) that Fischer would be able to break up his father's empire. This allowed Cobb to live a life with his kids. Well, his creepy motherless kids.

There are many more complicated theories, but I think this is the intended "obvious" ending.

  20. Re:Major Improvement on DTV Transition - One Year Later · · Score: 1

Hooray. Same here. Been cable free since we could get network channels in HD (couple years now, probably saved ~ $2400). For the rest we get Netflix series/movies, or Hulu or download something if we need it immediately. Come to think of it, we haven't Hulu'd or downloaded something in almost a year now. Once you wean yourself off the mindless channel surfing and accidentally watching 3 hours of some reality series, you realize you don't want to watch as much. And there are plenty of good back catalogue tv series out there. It's much better than what is on the air now anyway in my opinion.

Minor problems have been sports, but network TV gets the big games (for example right now US world cup games and NBA finals are shown, while the other world cup games and the NBA playoffs were all ESPN). Although, you can get most major events streaming online without much trouble (ESPN3) and usually without much skirting the law (myp2p).

The biggest benefit is that I read a lot more now.

You would have no idea the mounds and hills of the jungle are pyramids and structures. The people there say you can't buy land without diggin up a Maya house in your backyard. Today in Belize there are around 300,000 people in the whole country, versus estimations before the Maya collapse of a couple million. For perspective the largest city there today only has 70,000 people.
