    Think again.

    I don't know about US, but here in the EU you have to pay an "artist" tax on every media storage you buy. They got the money and the will to make it happen and all we can do is band over.

    Apple can't compare when it comes to low prices. They can't make the hardware any cheaper then the Taiwanese and they can't give the OS for less then free.
    So I really can't see Apple in the netbook segment.

    Good AI started with CIV 3 and the later patches applied to it.

    AI in CIV is always at it's best, difficulty levels only gives bonus to AI or human players. This is why AI cheats at higher levels and gets destroyed at lowers.

    Anyway, no one proposed any better AI then CIV. Still waiting.

    With Adobe every year my CPU is more loaded when I'm watching Youtube or similar.
    While using a different player, the movies uses 10 time less CPU cycles. I can't wait for something to replace that bloat from Adobe.

    IE6 for Intranet, Firefox + AdBlock for the Internet.

    Exactly, there is no way in hell the 3 apps limit would work with the current virus infestation M$ is suffering. Hell, even a new PC/latop has like 15 programs running in the background.

    What money can you make from surveillance? A single mistake and you are sued until you dry out.

    No, they money comes from advertisement. More people they connect to the net, more potential customers they have. Are they good or evil? I don't know, but as long as all of their protocols are open I'll consider them good.
