I don't think there are too many.

I had a 3GS until it went wrong. I now have a HTC Hero, and it's better in every respect. Most importantly, I control what applications are on there, where I get my music from and what my device can run (the fact I can install APK's locally, means there is NO central app control, which is a good thing).

    3. SERVICES AND UPDATES

From time to time, SCE may provide certain updates, upgrades or services to your PS3 system to ensure it is functioning properly in accordance with SCE guidelines. Some services may be provided automatically without notice when you sign onto SCE's online network, and others may be available to you through SCE's website or authorized channels. Without limitation, services may include the provision of the latest update or download of new release that may include security patches, and new or revised settings and features which may prevent access to pirated games, or use of unauthorized hardware or software in connection with the PS3 system. Some services may change your current settings, cause a loss of data or content, or cause some loss of functionality. It is recommended that you regularly back up any data on the hard disk that is of a type that can be backed up.

Aside from that, it's clear the European law that was quoted to Amazon is totally bogus, as it's does not apply to consumers directly, it states the minimum that member states of the EU have to offer.

That particular UK gamer should have quoted SOGA (Sale Of Goods Act), which is the UK implementation of that directive. and even then SOGA would have not applied, as the EULA overrides that.

I've already been converted to Opera Desktop 10.51, as it's also very quick, looks great and is fully loaded with features, without looking and feeling like it's loaded with features.. (I got sick of Firefox's bloat at turns up every time you want something trivial added), Opera seems to have it built in, for free and without the bloat.

I've hapilly moved from Firefox to Opera in the desktop, and I can see myself moving from Safari to Opera in my iPhone too...

    Happy Days...
