I was a little disappointed to see that he didn't mention the dedicated gaming peripherals like the n52 and wolfking stuff.

I dont consider most keyboards to be that different in each other. I have a g15 and hardly ever use the g keys because i dont really need them. To me, the LCD screen that lets me chat while playing is well worth the price tag regardless of anything else. I would pay 80 bucks for this same keyboard without those keys and just the screen. Actually, I'd perfer it with out those keys because it makes the thing huge. It still amazes me that they haven't released another model like that.

A good mouse on the other hand, is key. Even the model that the review used was still a high quality mouse, if rather old and not branded gamer. He should have reviewed with a generic brand 2-button and then talked about the difference. I use the logitech VX (i got it for free) and love it. Its not "gaming" but i consider the extra buttons to be the real benifit. Not extra resolution, dpi nor speed. Those dont make much of an impact IMO.

Self incrimination means you say it vocally to a cop or judge or the like. Really it is a fancy way of saying you dont have to admit anything you dont want to.

If it meant that any thing that you have influenced cant be used against you that would mean it would be impossible to use any evidence of a crime. What evidence is there that wouldnt be self incriminating under that definition. Example, because a person did something, it caused something, which left a mark, which was found, which is evidence. But since it started with an action of the individual, it cant be used. Because it would be self-incriminating.

I live in washington too and I dont find the sales tax particularly high. Its around 6-7 statewide and in my county its around 8 after the county tax. Thats a little higher than other states but considering we dont have income tax, its not too bad.

I also am confused about how a sales tax is regressive. It doesnt matter if the rich are buying retail or not. When they buy a new yacht for 5 million, that can be taxed just as much as when joe shmoe buys a screwdriver for 2 dollars. And since there is no tax on food then the only necessary "burden" on the poor would be for toiletries, which aren't particularly expensive anyway. If they cant afford food then they cant afford other taxable luxuries. Besides, its not like everything isnt already subsidized for them already.

Interesting post. He was criticizing the judges statement. Meaning that the judge ISNT an education expert. Then you go on and agree with the judge, with whom you were initially disagreeing. Did you go to school in california?

BTW the problem with requiring parents to have "credentials" is it means that they are at the mercy and whims of what ever board that is put together to decide what "accredited" means. Don't like what Big Brother says? Wham! Your not accredited and you cant teach your kid. Send him to us and we will decide what is in his best intrests.

Final note, homeschool is done for one of two reasons. Good parents who know what to do, and lazy slackers who want their kids to be slackers too. Of course, even keeping the slackers in public schools they will still probably grow up to be slackers all the same so there is no reason to this decision other then to hamper the responsible parents who want to do home school.
