Mandatory reversible sterilization of all children when they turn 12 years of age. Then let them undergo the procedure for free to reverse it after age 21 if they choose to do so. I will bet you that 90% will prefer to not have kids. Keeping young teens from ruining their lives by having kids is important, teens will hump like rabbits, it's in their nature. Lets not let them ruin their lives because a bunch of backwater uneducated hillbillies wont let the government give out birth control and educated kids in the use of birth control.

No internet access at all. no local storage at all. All storage is on the server in encrypted volumes. No you cant print, no you cant save to a disk or anything but the server.

Final step, do what lockheed does. LCD screens have no polarizer on them. you must wear polarized glasses to see the screen. PLUS you have a 3m privacy filter on each screen.

you want email, you use your lower security computer that is outside the secure environment.

Google Chromebook + Google services is what your most successful competitors are using. They are beating you hard in cost of IT because of it. I strongly suggest you hire some people in your business that are up to speed with modern business technology before you do something stupid like buy microsoft surfaces for your employees and waste yet more money on a dying business platform.

Chromebooks, Nexus 7, Nexus 4 and google business services is surprisingly effective setup for sales staff and office staff. Our programmers and engineers still need a Workstation class laptop and Windows or Linux OS. But everything else allowed us to get rid of 50% of the it staff. All we have to maintain is an in house group of 4 linux servers and the broadband into the building. Sales guy loses his laptop, we take a new one off the shelf and he is back up to speed on a new laptop in less than 30 minutes.
