you can successfully hide a MicroSD card behind a Stamp on a letter (big stamp, big letter) and have it arrive intact. I did this as a bet to a friend. I sent it to him in florida from michigan.
I did modify the SD card. I sanded off the extended lip to make it all the same thickness, and I embossed the envelope where the st card was to go to give it a bit more room. it was undetectable by casual inspection, but if you flexed it in the stamp location you could feel it.
Spy's used to send microfilm cutouts under stamps all the time. I still have a MINOX camera that I paid a dear amount for back in the 90's when I was into collecting real spy trinkets.
But you dont need to. MicroSD cards are trivial to hide. Hide one in your shirt collar, belt leather, a simple slice to your shoe heel, etc... It's brain dead easy to hide them. I think the MicroSD card is the modem spy's best thing since sliced bread as they are dirt cheap and everywhere.

Yup and the fun part is handguns are actually pretty much worthless for "home defense" I have a nice semiauto 16 gauge shotgun for my wife loaded with 000 buckshot. It's kick is light enough for her to unload every round into center mass easily and rapidly, yes she prectices, in fact she loves skeet shooting. I personally have a handgun and a 12 gauge. If I need to do home defense, I am not reaching for the handgun but the shotgun if I have the time to choose.
I dont care what anyone claims, even a charging crackhead higher than a kite will not get past 4 14 gauge rounds to the chest. accuracy with a shotgun if far higher in a home defense situation than any handgun. and I only have to take her out for practice once a quarter with the shotgun.

Incorrect. You can do it and quite easily. you throw a useless OS out the window though and boot the PC from a CD that contains your assembly language program to do the task.
the program Spinrite does this. It does not write to the drive, but it can read a specific sector.
By using assembly and sending the right commands to the drive, you can target a specific sector and write the correct bit pattern to target a specific bit at that location on the platter.
This is not hard at all. Just tedious. All you need is the drive interface specifications for your hardware interface. If it's a PC then BIOS calls can work. Otherwise build a arduino or PIC -> IDE interface and send the command s directly without all the bloat of a full blown PC.
Open Terminal. Copy-and-paste from the website to the terminal. Enter password, press enter. Done.

Have any info on how you integrated it all? A basic writeup as it were? are you simply passing your GPS X,Y to Google maps?
