    Maybe the wood worms just spread out and find new wood to eat on an annual cycle, or are just really slow to find new wood.

    If there was a Gmail clone right now that used encryption, all the way through, so they did not know what I was emailing any more than they knew my password, I would use it.

    And they could even make it possible for you to send non users encrypted emails that have a few ways of being decrypted.

    I think having the doctor regenerate into a woman would break Who canon.
    The Doctor is a male, so he always regenerates into a male. Unless they wanted show a regeneration gone wrong, and a transgendered woman doctor, he will always be a man.

    But, that does not mean that there is anything necessarily wrong with a large piece of meat coming in contact with lead for a short while.

    Hell, the medical community puts mercury into injections, and expect you to inject it directly into your blood steam.

    But the opportunities are not for him. The opportunities are for others to take a piece or the whole of his pie. The absolute most he could hope for, after a long and expensive shift, would be to be basically in the same position he is now, but in control of a internet based conglomerate instead.

    There is no more money being made available by this, just a new chance at the same money that is already going to monopolies like RM. In fact demand, aka the wages of the working class (the ones who already spend 110% of their earnings), have been going down steadily for years now, along with the total potential income any of these competing companies could possibly make.

    So I think he understands the opportunities perfectly.

    Saudi lashes are not Western lashes.
    In Western countries, when we we performed lashes it was full force and if just several dozen were performed you are talking potential death, broken bones, and striping flesh off of ribs.

    Saudi lashes lashes are more of a sever spanking, causing bleeding and bruising. In particular the wipper is forced to hold a Koran in their swinging arm.

    I cannot say where you draw the line, in reality a lot of it would be based on usage. They really do not care if a small time carpenter has a website, but obviously they do not want Facebook just buying 5 residential lines and running Facebook for 100 dollars a month in ISP fees. Or a ISP who just buys a single residential ISP fibre line from Google and then sell 100 half price connections.

    Exacly. If you are paying for a 100 megabit unlimited personal connection. It would only be reasonable to use it personally.

    Just like if you rent a DVD for personal viewing, you cannot reasonably open up your own movie theatre and charge hundreds of others to watch it.
