Well I do not think it is fare to say that investing in a company creates jobs in general. It could, but participially, if that company is set on staying in the US then there is a good chance that the money would be used statically more often to increase automation and fire workers then to hire new ones.
Freedom of Speech is always limited in some fashion. Yes, people are allowed to lie, but there are still exceptions to our freedom of speech (because in the law books they are followed by a list of exceptions).
Improve it by getting rid of it. The idea of financing a company to share in their future success is fine and doing so is good in general and adds value to the economy. But you add no value to anything by investing in a company for a fraction of a second and then somehow making a profit off of that. It is no better then theft.
Unless an investment is a long term investment it could not possibly help anyone. Put a minimum length on holding the shares. Be it a minute, an hour, a week, or a month at least it would be a step in the right direction.

I do not see how an air bearing could have the needed approximately 0 insulation. To work you need a great heat transforming material to be in contact with the entire chip and at no point have a choke point for this heat.
And air is a great insulator, and by definition an air bearing has a layer of air insulating one side from the other.
I am 100% convinced that this method would keep the heat-sink cold, but I do not see how it could still act as a heat sink to the processor. Maybe if they replaced the air with a good heat conducting oil.
As long a the top top are protected for assassination then we should be fine, if someone has killed this guy I am sure everything would of continued as normal. And it would not matter how many security guards he had if someone detonated a nuke in Washington. Also if the government was nuked I would hope that the military was prepared and ready to protect the country in such a state. And let not give the government too much credit, it would not take that long to regrow the head stronger then ever. Ether that the country would fracture into a bunch of scrabbling regions rules over by their local warlords.
I know that for renter scams they are all "from" the UK, and often christian. If you get a email or even phone call from someone from the UK looking to rent from you, you can pretty much just ignore it. But another good way to tell is that they always tell you so much about themselves, and often ask lots of question (particularly ones that were already answered, in previous messages or in the posting).
In every other city in the world this "human only system" that you speak of, aka the road, also transports the garbage. So there is like a 99.8% chance that you do ride in the same system as your own garbage....

And it is not even possible all the time, some people don't work individually and some people are not doing work that is exactly the same as other work and therefore easy to estimate how long it should take.
And really a self inflicted efficiently loss is not the same as a nature one. There is a difference between an employee who come in drunk once a week and suffers from a 20% decrease in productivity on those days and another one who is just occasionally off their game and has a similar decrease. The first one probably deserves to be fired, while the other one might just not get any raises. There are legitimate reasons that we have a constant legal alcohol limit for driving instead of having it based off of driving skill and alcohol tolerance. Yes a good driver who is accustomed to drinking is a safer drunk driver then many sober drivers, but the sober driver is doing his best, while the drunk is willfully negligent.
One paradigm is, just hire people who have skill and potential. Make sure they are happy, healthy, and intoxicant free and assume they are doing their best and that that is all you can ask.
Since terrorist has become commonly used to refer to anyone that the government does not like for any reason what so ever, you have to wonder how many of these video actually had anything to do with terrorism.

Well used in this way I would assume that they meant, basically identical to the illegal drugs but new enough that the law has not caught up.
as an employer I would not differentiate between an employee who is addicted to cocaine or Mephedrone.
Also, while it may be legal to drink on the job, and even to be drunk, that is normally frowned upon.
