    IMHO I think they would get a bigger browser share (and be able to pump more advertising about their other products to the users) if they required that you switch from IE to Chrome to use their products.

    YouTube is like half of what noobs browse, right?

    And if they made sure Firefox continued to work on their web pages I would not even think they were evil.

    Definably, Microsoft must know of at least some of the really annoying bugs. Some of them i know are even in multiple of their OSes.

    That is what I would bet on.

    Until i hear a scientific reason to believe otherwise i see no reason why other intelligent life would be close enough to human for humans to consider it intelligent.

    and about intelligent life on this planet, dogs supposedly can understand as many words as a 5 yo and dolphins are supposed to be very smart. But if we ever admit dolphins are smart enough to be considered intelligent then we would have to care when we killed them, so i do not see that happening any time soon.

    So if we ever find some species that either: we know it is more powerful then us or their is more money to be made by considering it intelligent, then we will consider it an intelligent species. But if their is more money to be made enslaving/harvesting/killing these creatures and we can get away with it, no matter how intelligent it is, we will consider it a dumb animal.

    If someone believes he is more powerful he is more likely to use that power.
    if someone has bazooka they are more likely to blow up a tank then someone that has a stuffed animal, simply because they can.
    Sure i guess the person without the bazooka could probably drive a car full of some home made explosive into a tank but the bazooka is just more convenient.

    Yes but the AK-47 is famous for its military uses. it in the very least could incite people to violence simple by them owning it.
    and since it have been used so often by military people i am sure it is somewhat more deadly (even if it does not possess more raw power) then a normal gun.
    The whole concept of allowing any military grade weapons to even be owned by ordinary people is just dangerous.

    I have heard about a similar human condition that is quite serious as you have to be careful that the person does not poke his own eyes out or similar self harm I would imagine similar problems could occur.
    And i would imagine that the physiological effects would be worse then the physical in cruel conditions anyways.

    Everyone have heard the phrase: "1% of the user base who abuse our network".
    But the strange thing is, the "abusers" are still using their internet at less-then or equal to their cap.
    They pay for X Mbs/sec and when they actually use somewhat close to that amount suddenly they are abusing it?
    So exactly how can you abuse a network while following the ruled laid out when you purchased the use of it?

    But the combat is aim + shoot exactly like a FPS (not the lock on of many TPS). You have to stop to shoot but that only makes a quick accurate aiming device more important.

    While i have seen errors and places in Wikipedia that i could improve i have never edited it myself, mostly because i have been told stories about how if you post anything you will be emailed in a few minutes by some guy telling you all that you did wrong while adding content.

    While i would be more then willing to help improve Wikipedia (one of the best sites on the web in my opinion) their does seem to be a aura or fear and not understanding how one is supposed to do that, that has grown around the site.

    The ribbon menu is the biggest reason i switched to OpenOffice in the first place, to get away from it.
    It is also the most common complain against MS Office I have heard, by OO and MS O users.

    The ribbon menu itself in my opinion caused MS Office to become half as usable as the previous version.

    "Why is someone who investigates an advertisement deemed less intelligent?"
    No one should buy anything from a advertisement, they should look into what they want/need themselves and make an informed decision on what product to go with.
    If you buy a product from a advertisement it is most likely going to have a lesser quality/price ratio then an item you find on your own that does the same thing, but the company does not spend millions on advertising it.

    If only someone would come up with a way to measure the height of objects, they could then measure the height of overpasses and measure the truck loads.
    Then they would not have this "logistical" problem.

    Well i have not heard anything about sports games sales being minuscule and all they do is release a game with slightly better graphics every year.
    music based game sales are probably just lvling off and a bunch of idiots will continue to buy every iteration that they release, probably the same ones that buy sports titles.
