Did you know, Charles Perrault's family, etc. all, have not received a cent of royalties from the Disney corporation for their copying of their stories.
No, but that is the entire point. Businesses hire them because they will work for less, because they are needy. That is the free market. Hireling someone who wants more money to do the same job, is not.
So by that logic, all things motorised should use the Chrysler Viper 8.4 liter V10 640 horsepower engine, one of the most powerful combustion engine ever to be put in a car.
America has qualified people, but India has a million times as many people, people who will work longer hours for less resources.
What Disney did is specifically against the intent AND letter of how the H1B program was written.
Exactly, they circumvented a law that was standing in the way of the free market. Creating a freer market than was legal, resulting in an American competing against all of India. And in all of India there or course existed more talented people who wanted the job more than the American.
we already produce a shit load of food and clothing. Where are all these layabouts, that if only we put them to work we would finally have enough? The only way to get the poor people of the world more food or clothing is to take it from the Western countries.
I never said that anything good would follow from the free market. In a free market, given cheap transport, every single person in America would be out of a job. The economy would eventually settle down with Americans settling for far less then they have been accustomed, but the starving Africans and Indians would be doing far better than they are now. Probably save millions a year from starvation and create a classless utopia; But those are things Liberals want, not me. There are downsides to globalisation and the equalising power of capitalism (if you are on the top).
I was just pointing out the ridiculousness of claiming that "if only a free market existed, I would not of been fired for someone willing to do my job for less"
OK, so a free market is a marker where businesses hire the people asking for the highest salary regardless of if there are more or similarly talented people asking for less?
That is happening, it is just happening for Asians. The free market is providing jobs and training to the most needy. Indians need these jobs more so the free market is giving them to them. What you are looking for is some form of communism designed to protect a privileged class that gives jobs and resources not to the needy or skilled but to the upper classes.
Some modern games are worked on by hundreds, a handful, but far more are written by single people and small teams. With all the game engines and game development platforms (see Unity) it is easier than ever for a single person or small team to make a game.
Somewhere close is a pretty wide area. All places have cheap locations and expensive. If you want to be able to walk to work, or downtown in ten minutes, yes you pay for it, but in most places instead you could have a 30 minute bus ride for 30% less rent. And just because their exist in-vogue restaurants where a water costs $10, does not mean that you cannot buy a 50 pound sack of rice for the same price.
Just because their exists incredibly expensive options in your area, does not mean that their are not cheap options.
Ah, thanks for the clarification. But it is extremely unlikely they would of used anything past the default. Also, presumably the phone would remember what option you picked and boot in the the appropriate keypad/input field so anyone could tell if they needed to input numbers of alphanumeric.
What I heard was that the key is required to be a 4-6 length pin. So not only do we know that it is either 4, 5, or 6 characters long, but all characters are 0-9. Which, is ridiculously weak. That is only slightly over 1 million possible passwords. It would probably take under a second to brute force this password. Compare this to the general accepted wisdom of 8 alphanumeric characters with punctuation and other special characters. Which comes out to 95^8, or 6 million billion passwords. or 6*10^9 times better.
I guess he only said that he would give himself up if they ruled against him, not if they ruled for him. But it seems like he was implying that this would end come the ruling, one way of the other, not that the stalemate would go on past the ruling if they found in his favour.
But both likely have the audiences clumped into a handful of them. Their are less than 10 big movies each year, and maybe twice as many that people are aware of. Similarly, music outside of top 100 charts is likely very little known.
That just seems very very low. People love music, music is bigger than movies. I'm not sure how many people go to watch movies (I cannot find any records), but considering that I have heard that movies cost/make billions of dollars we can make some good estimates. Lets consider that a block buster film makes 1 billion (many have made more), and what does a ticket cost $15? So a blockbuster movie has an audience of say 70,000,000 at least.
People listen to way more songs than they go to watch movies, why is an album considered double platinum with an audience that would make a movie be considered a complete flop?
So what you are saying is that since basically all content on the web is illegal somewhere everyone who hosts a website is a criminal and should go to jail? All porn must be purged, all pro homosexual content erased, and any history that does not mention that the the infinite intelligence and benevolence of Kim Jon Ill should be striked from the record?
Throwing good money after bad. Firefox was the most "shamed" browser last year, and if this guy is correct they have done nothing about it for the last 12 months.
Huh?? The way I understood it is that the majority of us pay some corporation to tell us how much tax to pay. It would be far cheaper and easier if the government could just tell us how much they wanted, is that how it works in some countries?
That's assuming that the device does has an offline mode, and will work without that connection to a Chinese server.

I just wish for board that could handle hevc well, and which contains a player that will play anything that a PC running VLC can.

So your definition of a free market is a market where a company is restricted from hireling the best person for the job?
That is happening, it is just happening for Asians. The free market is providing jobs and training to the most needy. Indians need these jobs more so the free market is giving them to them. In better news, they fired that professor we saw in a few videos attacking journalists and police

Which is obviously something grandfathered in. Obviously with negative interest no one would ever lend money.

Hell, $8500 is probably cheaper than paying some contractors to test the security of your network. $8500 is peanuts to a hospital running 25+ servers.

There's a Nazi joke in here somewhere.
