    I'm sure the RIAA was acting in good faith when they received, what was it? Like eighty thousand dollars per song?

    I cannot believe that the RIAA, in good faith, actually believed that they were cheated out of hundreds of thousands of dollars for some downloaded MP3s, punitive damages and all.

    I'm no coder but to me the X.Y.Z format has always been where Z = minor bug fixes, Y = new features, more bugfixes, whatever, and X = major new features and such.

    Use the PayPal plugin and you can generate one time use CC numbers and it will just deduct it from your PP balance.

    Has nobody tried "hacking" the mobile devices? You'd think with all the BBs/iPhones/WM and Symbian devices out there, there would be a market for exploiting them.

    Yes there is a limit to your reaction time and skill level, which is why after you've been playing it for 100+ hours, it becomes more and more about the specific map strategies and techniques. You don't necessarily have to be able to mash the buttons quickest, or have ridiculous reaction times. Those certainly help, but it's not the end.

    When I was 16 and downloading music from napster, kazaa, or whatever other service was hot at the moment I knew that it was illegal.

    That is flawed logic, no one needs my CC or SSN. There have been cases where people want to call me but *gasp* they don't have my number. So they pull up my Facebook and it's right there.

    I have my cell phone on my Facebook. But it's not like anyone can pull up my profile and check. If they're not my "friend" then they can't see it. If I get random friend requests from people, they don't get accepted. It's simple.
