Locally, I watched as our municipal water supply which was working just fine and had been for years, was shut down so that our community would have to switch over to privatized water, which ironically comes from a public lake. Our city lost control of our own water, and a way to generate revenue which it desperately needs. They almost sold the town reservoir to land developers, so they could shut down the park around the reservoir which is a park for the people. It was to be a gated community. Thankfully some citizens found out and went nuts on them at city counsel meetings, so they have backed off of that for now.
The point is, America is teaming with filthy crooked bastards that will fuck us all over. We see this on a local level and we have to watch the fuckers like hawks. Now imagine how fucked up this becomes at a State and Federal level where there are no "town counsel meetings" for people to hold these bastards accountable. It doesn't help with a dipshit American public that utterly refuses to do its civic duty of keeping these crooked cocksuckers in check by keeping tabs on them. America is too wrapped up in epic bullshit like American Idol or sports to pay attention to anything that is REAL or MATTERS.

I have a hypothesis about "criminal" behavior. I had a professor recently who was retired from working in the prison industry. He assured us, that some of those people were complete animals in there, and it was without doubt necessary to keep them confined. Without doubt we have vicious people in our prisons, and they did things to get there, they weren't just snatched off the street without reason.
What if "criminal" behavior is a brain evolution problem? Bear with me here. For some people civilization isn't something their race hasn't been accustom to for that long. If your people come from the wilds, you will have a brain evolution centered towards survival skills in the clime you are from. What success ever has societies had with integrating aboriginals into their mix? Mostly its a destruction of their way of life and cultures, with them being victimized, marginalized and constantly struggling to adapt and playing a great game of "catch up".
Those same "criminal" aspects of a person would be very self serving in a hostile environment or where "civilization" doesn't exist. Very often what we deal with in "criminals" are predatory instincts run unchecked. I think we aren't dealing with channeling predatory instincts, but instead of trying to eradicate them. Trying to eradicate something of that deeply ingrained nature is going to fail I think; the individual's defense mechanisms will defeat it. This is why you see such blatant hatred and anger in prisons. This is a defense mechanism to being torn down in the mind.
First we need to figure out who has the regressive brain structures early on and work towards cultivating their instincts in a positive way. (This requires a socialistic approach, but that isn't such a bad thing. ("Socialism isn't the boogieman" is another lecture. It's followed by "Rebuilding the Education System Smart".)) Catching the problems early on can't be emphasized enough, for its in early child development in which problems are rooted and where the best potential for proper cultivation also happens. And fourth, people are becoming increasingly disgruntled due to stress levels of the economy. Exciting them with videos of a bad cop will cause hatred for cops, making their jobs more dangerous and even deadly.
Fifth, with the discovery of flash crimes, they fear that these events will rise as criminals become more adept at exploiting technology. Imagine these tactics being used by terrorists, or a revolting illegal immigrant movement?

Once upon a time, years ago, I was living far out into the countryside. I was trying to tune my radio to something to listen to and came across a religious channel. I sat down for a listen and all I could hear was "money...blah blah blah...money...send us money...blah blah...more money....commericial...money...send us money...if you want to know more buy this book and send us money...blah blah money...money, more money, give us your money please...money". I was disgusted and turned the channel and what was playing?

"Generals gather in their masses, just like witches at black masses....etc" I listened to the lyrics and it was more spiritually enlightening than anything I heard on the "religion" channel. God must have been grooving on War Pigs too, I could feel the connection. And the song seems so appropriate these days as the war machine we have built seems hungry enough to devour the world.
Speaking of crooks in government, I wonder if there is any truth to the rumor of DSK being here for the IMF to verify that we still had gold left in Ft Knox after it being rumored that its all gone. Wouldn't that be a hoot? Our crooked government having spent all of our gold on God only knows, now leaves us holding the bag and the IMF foreclosing on the entire country. It doesn't help this rumor when this country has went insane over owning gold recently.

As far as being "crushed and jailed", its like a Jedi move for them to be so destroyed. Like Obi Wan, they will only return more powerful than before. Heavy handed moves are always the acts of the incompetent, and this is sliding out of control fast. Does anyone else find it hard to believe that our Constitution matters one fucking iota anymore? Wikileaks is just what our Constitution was written for. Freedom of the press and freedom of speech. Actually, it would be counterproductive and baneful to them. If the music business is making a happy chunk of money, they have no need of the RIAA to run around "getting money from pirates". Aside from the obvious title fun, pigs are smarter than buzzards by far and they are already used to find truffles. They need to be quicker on their feet to out adapt the world of technology. Counter measures roll out faster than laws countering measures. I have a hypothesis about "criminal" behavior. I had a professor recently who was retired from working in the prison industry. He assured us, that some of those people were complete animals in there, and it was without doubt necessary to keep them confined. Without doubt we have vicious people in our prisons, and they did things to get there, they weren't just snatched off the street without reason.
What if "criminal" behavior is a brain evolution problem? Bear with me here. For some people civilization isn't something their race hasn't been accustom to for that long. If your people come from the wilds, you will have a brain evolution centered towards survival skills in the clime you are from. What success ever has societies had with integrating aboriginals into their mix? Mostly its a destruction of their way of life and cultures, with them being victimized, marginalized and constantly struggling to adapt and playing a great game of "catch up".
Those same "criminal" aspects of a person would be very self serving in a hostile environment or where "civilization" doesn't exist. Very often what we deal with in "criminals" are predatory instincts run unchecked. I think we aren't dealing with channeling predatory instincts, but instead of trying to eradicate them. Trying to eradicate something of that deeply ingrained nature is going to fail I think; the individual's defense mechanisms will defeat it. This is why you see such blatant hatred and anger in prisons. This is a defense mechanism to being torn down in the mind.
First we need to figure out who has the regressive brain structures early on and work towards cultivating their instincts in a positive way. (This requires a socialistic approach, but that isn't such a bad thing. ("Socialism isn't the boogieman" is another lecture. It's followed by "Rebuilding the Education System Smart".)) Catching the problems early on can't be emphasized enough, for its in early child development in which problems are rooted and where the best potential for proper cultivation also happens. Parenting is one of the most important jobs in our known universe. Sadly, it's taken a backseat to the point of criminal neglect by the modern world. We have too much engaging adults as it is and the result is, children and the science of raising them to be better human beings is being downgraded in importance.
Look at our welfare system. We are paying people who are complete losers to have kids in our current welfare system. We should be paying them NOT to have kids or sterilizing them and then giving them a check. (Actually we should just help them manage their time and resources and guide them towards a wonderful and fulfilling life.) These are collectively BAD PARENTS. Not individually, but as a whole this isn't the clime to be farming children.
I think if we are to effectively deal with "crime" we need to not just focus on the individual accountability, but also on the "big picture". This is very important not just to reduce "crime" but to advance the entire human race out of its reptile brained way of dealing with things into more intelligent and productive methods. We shouldn't be lollygagging about either, we are on a limited time frame if you haven't thought about it. I have and that is the lecture "Space: Lets get there while we can." which is related to "Oil: if we don't stop, we will become oil."

First you have to consider this: American Cops dealing with the American Public. The American public can be horrible. Have you been out after dark here? It depends on where you go, you could be taking your very life in your hands. I can imagine that some things a cop sees and deals with, nobody would want to see or know about. There are some very bad people out there.
Secondly, media can be taken out of context and with a volatile position as a police officer, its natural for cops to be concerned about image. Too much concern for image might impede a cop from doing their job as they are trained. Face it, what human being on planet Earth right now wants to end up on youtube being ridiculed?
Thirdly, our municipalities don't have magic money trees and when someone sues a cop for a billion dollars, they don't sigh and go out back and pick some more. Sensationalizing these events by magnifying them through mass media that is controlled by the whim of the public leads to crazy legal battles in strained courts.
And fourth, people are becoming increasingly disgruntled due to stress levels of the economy. Exciting them with videos of a bad cop will cause hatred for cops, making their jobs more dangerous and even deadly.
Fifth, with the discovery of flash crimes, they fear that these events will rise as criminals become more adept at exploiting technology. Imagine these tactics being used by terrorists, or a revolting illegal immigrant movement?
I am just being a devil's advocate here, I can argue the flip side of this really easily, in fact its like fishing in a barrel. Someone has to offer up a counterpoint or there is no debate.

This is a mass exodus into our nation, and its a serious violation of the oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. I should know, I took this oath when I enlisted in the Army back in 1982. This same oath is sworn by all service men and women, all members of congress, and I am pretty sure the President of the United States does as well.
We do not suffer invasion here.
But alas we have. Take the "I can't say anything about this because I will be a racist" filters off your eyes. Take race all the way out of the equation. Think of everyone of these people as being the same as you in all aspects down to the color of your eyes and what tooth paste you like. Now factor that they are ignoring our borders criminally. Factor there are immigration procedures of ours that they don't respect, laws that we have agreed upon as a nation concerning this. They are saying "screw you and your way, I am here and I will get what I want in spite of what you want".
This is NOT a small number of people. This is enough people that politicians are terrified of them. This is enough people that if they were armed, they could take this country back from us. Our military is NOT here, they are spread the fuck out in some God forsaken shit holes all to keep the price of oil high so some fat cats can get even fatter. Oh you think your fat ass is going to put up a fight? Playing X-Box Halo doesn't equate into a real time gun battle for starters, and what the fuck would you use for a weapon? Are you going to freeze your paint balls and shoot them with those? Seriously, the great old American "I have a fucking gun, I will shoot your goofy ass if you don't behave" culture has been emasculated decades ago. Who's going to stop them? Our Cops? That's a tall order all things considered. Take that however you want to, but its still the truth.
Anti-Mexican is nothing new. Look at that poor country, if there ever was an example of third world heart breaking poverty, its just right South of our Borders. There is such poverty there, I feel most Americans look the other way in despair. What kills me is we will float mountains of money to overseas foreign countries that shit on us, attack our fleet, scream for our death in their streets, but we thumb our noses at our poor next door neighbor. Then we wonder why when they are starving they creep across our border desperate to find some kind of work to just LIVE and help those at home who are starving literally to death.
With that said, the invasion has to stop. Yes, it is an invasion. The numbers involved demand one call it for what it is. Can one say that there is racism involved? I would agree, but there is much more nationalism involved. Even if it wasn't Hispanics, and were all blonde haired, blue eyed, big titted 21 year old girls desperate to give blow jobs, the shear numbers involved would warrant some attention and intervention. (not from me, I would be on the border screaming Viva la Mexico, but I digress)
What we do need is a good work visa system. This is NOT going to be well received by those who exploit illegal laborers. But we can be heartless about the work visas as well and make it work for all sides. A proper work visa system would be a major boon to both sides of the border. What we seriously need to do is get our troops back from overseas as fast as fucking possible so we can address some serious homeland security issues that stem across our borders and theirs.
We need to understand that there are some really great Mexican people. The vast majority of them are of warm heart, good and decent people. Just like here, there are some very bad apples there. We have built a prison industry to deal with our booming crops of bad apples.
