If I follow you, driving very fast also saves a lot of money on healthcare. Therefore we should allow people, especially people under 30, to drive dangerously. You should run for presidency !
As I read previous comments, I, as a French, have a strange feeling of misunderstanding... What american people have to do with this ? Nothing. American government and intelligence agencies have all to do with it. We, europeans, know this perfectly. The american people is the first to be spied on. And so are the others.. Maybe, they could work this out together, couldn't they ?
We have been lucky enough, here in France, to get the future of internet before everyone else : minitel ! ( music from star wars playing in the background ). Everything in the "cloud" , nothing in the computer.
I think that google, microsoft and facebook should preserve and worship the remains of the late minitel
amen.
who can consider this : Aaron Schwartz had to take risks, and act as he did, because he was intelligent and brave, AND, he wasn't strong enough to endure the consequences.
Some people seem to forget that everything' s not about reason and calculation.
He, obviously, deserves full respect. Even if he didn't measure the adversity.
"The Belgian government won't charge Scientology for being a cult" Of course ! In Belgium also, religions are legal. The only way to get rid of Tom Cruise is to accuse them for crimes.
Hi, I'm posting from the soviet republic of France, guided by the Great and Beloved Leader Nicolas Sarkozy, friend of your former socialist président George Bush.
Here, we are fighting against fracking for a couple of years. Of course, we rely on brave american activists for our information, cause your still ahead of us in terms of pollution and destructing environment, but it's even better when scientists bring their share.
Reading the article, I understand that there is, just now, no offshore wind turbine near the coast of the US. It's so incredible for us Europeans, who have thousands of them for some years now that I think I have missed something....
This video has become "viral" because it has been published on Wired's first page. A simple look showed it was a joke ( the guy is probably lifted by a car ) but the journalist had a strong urge to fly...
If you were a french citizen, you wouldn't say that the Rafales are low cost, cause you'd be paying them with your taxes. Dassault is to France what Halliburton is to the USA, a private company living with public money.
At least that would be honest, because, seen from France, that's the way things look : auction for a law.
(I dont't say this would never happen here, but corporations rather buy presidents... who launch dirty "3 strikes" crap)
...No suprise that the country is going crazy. Wait for the moment when the girl will learn that Santa Klaus doesn't exist : prozac required immediately !

Why couldn't life exist on a bigger planet. Well I know that gravity would be stronger but in water, gravity means little. Is my question stupid ?
