    I explained it in the post.. This is actually Google using Apple as a proxy company to sue and destroy other Android manufacturers.

    Especially considering the apple vs HTC lawsuit predates the Google acquisition of Motorola mobility by months/years...

    To answer your question, no, ISP are claiming bittorrenting is "already" overloading the network. This article deals with predicting at what point that will happen.

    . And how many buildings actually have boilers? Don't most modern buildings use heat pumps? I don't know of any building that still uses steam, and those that do would be unlikely to have sophisticated networked controls.

    NO buildings of any size uses heat pumps, they are very inefficient...

    Pretty much every large building has a boiler or more likely several.

    as far as steam I'm not sure how many systems new systems are being installed but any older building that's been keep up has had its control systems modernized. Example the Empire State Building's system is completely computer controlled (its steam)

    Not to mention mechanically pressure release devices, at worst they would vent boiler water onto the boiler room floor...

    any camera phone for the last 6-8 years has supported MMS, you probably used it a dozen times with out knowing about...

    anyone ever txt you a photo (hint:MMS)
    ever part of a group txt from someone with a iPhone? (hint:MMS)
    ever send a picture? yup MMS
    a lot of older dumb phones actually sent anything over 160 characters as MMS

    it all set-up by default on phones...

    Vudu is actually 4.99 for 720p and 5.99 for 1080p (both with 5.1) Now that is for same day as DVD rental, blockbusters. Prices generally start dropping after its been out awhile.

    Note: you also have 30 days to start watching it, once you start you have 24hrs to finish. (or watch it again if you want.

    I don't watch movies often so it works great for me because I get the quality I want with out leaving my couch.

    Keep in mind, JUST because the cells are individual does not means their individually implacable. Just look at a standard car battery, you get a dead cell maybe 2, your SOL, you buy a new battery.

    If this battery was left in a "completely" discharged state, for long enough. I can easily enough cells dying that the whole pack needs replaced...

    as other have siad Liion batteries are extremely touchy to being in a discharged state compared to lead acid batteries...

    Generally, that's because Best Buy's models are made specially for them and usually use CHEAPER parts then the main stream model... I would NEVER buy a Best Buy model... that's just asking for problems...

    LOL what? do you EVEN know what your talking about? First of all any change to your t.o.s. and they need to notify you. Second the current t.o.s SAYS NOTHING ABOUT a 5 gig limit... See below, regarding extraordinary usage:

    " To help achieve this, if you use an extraordinary amount of data and fall within the top 5% of Verizon Wireless data users we may reduce your data throughput speeds periodically for the remainder of your then current and immediately following billing cycle to ensure high quality network performance for other users at locations and times of peak demand.     Citation? Currently (subject to change of course) your grandfathered if you're on the unlimited plan. Changing phones does not mean you lose your current plan.

    As an aside there are still people on Verizon that came from Alltel 6-8 years ago during the merger, Verizon STILL honors the Alltel plans those people are using.
