Really. Marked as a troll, WOW i am impressed. Did people actually read all his comments nothing people say can turn the guy around. He can't even see other peoples points. The very definition of a troll. Just continually sticks to his point that any credit usage is bad. Even when its good.
You can't beat this guy. It is like trying to destroy a tank with a baseball bat. His definition of living on credit is different then every other persons. He is just credit card hater.
Yes the number of new hams since the code requirements were dropped has gone up. However the number is so small you might as well consider it a rounding error.
I have been licensed for only 15 years a drop in the bucket to some hams. Still, the code requirements were dropped to reduce the depreciating number of new licenses. Your numbers while technically true. Are marginal compared to a decade ago or the decade before that. All the code dropping really did, Was get most of the technician class to upgrade. Not really the goal we were after.
I can't speak for any numbers. One thing that I hope will give the FCC pause. Is the thought that hams like me will continue to operate in any spectrum they take away. I am not some company that can write off the useless gear I would possess. Or just as easily replace it.
The FCC could try to take away some of the amateur radio spectrum. Every now again they try to take some away. In so far they have not been successful. It is only a matter of time though. What with the number of new hams decreasing every year.
Just would not work well working on the road a lot. Could go old school and just keep a paper calendar for scheduling. Not sure how i would handle all the work i get via email.
All the new fancy crosswalks with countdown timers for the pedestrians do exactly that. It allows me and others (i assume) to see how long before the light turns yellow. Allowing me to make better judgments.
I picked up the 600D. Love Corsairs attention to detail. I picked up such a large case as it was difficult to find a case that would hold both an extended video card and multiple hdd's. While still looking like something other than a transformer.
liquid coolers are not attempting to compete with the liquid coolers we have known of for years. They are competing with high end air coolers. As someone who was looking in to some of the all in ones. I ended up with one of the high end air coolers. Granted my case had the room for one of the dual 120mm fans with the corresponding heat sink. Price, Noise and cooling capability for all in ones equal the larger traditional cooling methods. The other thing they are good for is getting people into water cooling with little risk. Less i not forget the "cool' factor of a water cooled rig.
My reading comprehension is failing me.
If you are asking why i am not in those places. Its because i don't have the connections. There are many reasons my country is on every other counties shit list. Unfortunately most of the people in this country could care less.
So people like me who do rope access, high steel rigging, tower construction etc are suicidal and have deep seated personality disorders? hmmm, ok, whatever.
Messed up thing is most of the "IT" workers he worked with had more connections then knowledge. Not being able to manage much more then reinstalling windows.
I have a friend who just got back this year from doing IT in Iraq. He loved it (well not the heat). He gave it up to be with his new baby. The money he made was stupidly high.

How about we just get the AIPAC out of American politics or any group that represents a foreign country.
Let me guess, the cop said. "if you continue being a smart ass, i'll tow your car"

Do you have children? If so have you managed to watch them every second of their lives. No matter what you do. They will find a way.

The main reason the NAVY wants to change to magnetic launching. The turnaround time to launch additional aircraft is less then steam.

Yes kilts are skirts. but people who call a kilt a skirt in the presence of the wearer are only out to be insulting.

Apple never had moral's. It was just considered cute when they were the underdog.
