    IE will load its DLLs automatically. If the current PATH contains the DLL, IE will use that version instead of the system version.

    Have you thought about donating them to your local ARES/RACES group? Old laptop can sometimes mean they use less power. this is ideal when the laptop is being used as a terminal to a Packet TNC.

    The groups are volunteers so they welcome equipment donations. Contact your county EOC to find out who's in charge.

    Some power supplies use polarized caps back to back in what some may consider 'reverse polarity'

    If the user is feeding power back into the grid, how will the contactor determine whether the power is coming from the electric co or the in-house power?

    We can't fully understand our own atmosphere, how to we figure we can create one somewehere else?
