Psystar becomes another cheap PC maker. Market is over saturated, they have nothing special to offer, Psystar goes out of business.

While I hope Psystar takes one for the team, I don't see them being in business in 3 years.
About the only scenario that would be a win for Psystar is if they were bought by a bigger company as a "Thank You" for helping everyone else out.
I would use the analogy of charging cannons. You know that the first rank is going to be slaughtered, but with enough people you can overcome the battery.
And how exactly do you plan to do that? Do we have any material that won't melt under the intense heat? Yes we do. Fusion reactors create heat far greater than that of the sun and we are able to contain that heat.
China will have a major role in the price of BluRay players. (Whether we like it or not)
I wonder where the Chinese HD-DVD will come into play. If the Chinese choose to adopt the CH-DVD format and ignore BluRay the cost of the players will remain high and BluRay will be as short lived as HD-DVD.
If the Chinese adopt BluRay and ignore the patents (Like they usually do) then we will see $50 BluRay players in a year or two.
As I see it, the fate of BluRay is now in China's hands.

Sending a SWAT team to someone's random house is not a juvenile prank, someone could easily get shot.
Now having a gay 1-900 line call a buddy back and thank him for his business, now that is a prank.
Stick to free 1-900 calls and messing with phone switches. Think before sending heavily armed, trigger happy police into a perceived hostile environment.

Bluray is a stop gap until downloadable and streaming HD movies become more common as the network bandwidth increases.
Bluray was DOA, only life support (Sony) is keeping it going right now.
Next they will telling us that hot chicks play female characters.
Get a 5.25" NAS enclosure and mount a DVD drive in it.
Make sure the NAS enclosure supports IPv6. (Maybe we will be there in 25 years, but just in case)
Get a quality DVD that is made for long term archival.
Now you could use a Bluray drive, because we all know Bluray will be around forever.
