Second step is to start working on a distributed fingerprint / key system as well, while the site managers themselves need to recognize what they are dealing with and start advertising there real fingerprints in a way that would be clear (business cards, direct snail mail for starters).

This is not an aberration, is what I am saying, this is the DESIGN, this is the purpose of what government does. Think about a little issue of taxes - does any sane person understand the entire tax structure that is now on the books in USA? Is it even humanly possible for a single person to understand it at all in one life time?
The issue is not this small (and this is a small issue compared say to your right to life and liberty), the issue is that the system is now completely subverted, the government operates outside of the law boundaries imposed upon it by the Constitution and the people bought into the idea that this is acceptable and not challenging the status-quo.
It is not a real aircraft carrier, it's an oversized aircraft-carrying cruiser. Smaller than the large aircraft carriers of US or other of other countries, but it's still a nice ship I think. The Chinese got the entire hull at 20 million USD, which is probably a good deal on this.
There is no such thing as a 'right' to some sort of property to be given to you by anybody. You can earn your property, but having others give you something has nothing to do with rights, it's an entitlement.

Unfortunately in US all of the government institutions have failed in their main role - protection of private liberty and property and law. There is more than one law, and the strictest law is applied to the powerless, to the poorest, to the competition. The least amount of law applies to the politicians, big bankers and other huge business owners, cops and judges. None of them are responsible for anything and none of them are held accountable for anything really, and in rare cases when they are, it's just a little fodder, the institution stays on the same course - more and more corruption via government theft of power and sale of that power to the highest bidders.
The mechanisms are very similar in both countries, USA and Russia, it's just in Russia it's not as pretentious, in fact corruption in Russia is quite transparent and very brutal. There is very little pretense, unlike in USA, where everything is built upon a huge pretense that the laws are still equally applied to the people, but that's nonsense.
Another huge difference is the second amendment, and though the liberals/progressives are generally against the right to bear arms, maybe that is the only real protection that people have left when the final push comes to shove (obviously there is also law nullification, but actually people are even thrown to jail by the judges for mentioning it to the juries).

So it needs to be able to deploy nukes but only within their own borders, like nuclear traps in case of invasion. I think given all other options this is their only way to survive if Obama or another war-monger politician comes to the office. They need to be able to show nuclear capability but they can't threaten other countries with it, only threaten nuclear mines/bombs in case they are invaded.

Billions of dollars are spent on mansions of certain politicians (think, what possibly that is legal, could Putin do to be able to build a billion dollar house at the Black sea side) and nothing will be spent to shut down the old nuclear powerplants and secure their remains and build new ones with new designs.
