That the PS3 is going to cry Wii Wii Wii all the way home?
This little 360 went to market, This would have been camper stayed home This Launch date we ate Pringels all night, This for a PS3 but there were none. This little game system cried Wii Wii Wii all the way home.
I am havin truble undarstanding you're comparison to public schol? Publik skhools are really necessary for those less fortunat kids who can't afford to ged a good edukation. Howevar, I do see that like puhblic school, I will stil pay for dedikeighted brawdband, despit having Wii-Fi interweb acces avalable.
Now the terrorists will seek out such technology. They Wii ll KNOW. Why did you go and do that? Secrecy is important to security! You must be from (insert small insecure country here)...
We only could afford a few bullets a piece, and yes, my second one was dead on*. I think that if I lost a few pounds I could do it again. (I put on about 60 lbs since then)
It was weird, but I just "knew" what to do. I took the shots between breaths, and felt comfortable with the gun from the beginning. The funny thing is, I have not shot a gun since then (it was about 3-4 years ago.) I don't own a gun, nor claim to know anything about real marksmanship other than it is an intense sport requiring physical fitness, and alot of skill.
WOW! Well, I was mostly just kidding. COORELATION != to Cause & Effect. It's true that I might have rare "natural" abilities, or am some kind of mutant.
But since you replied, could you please explain your response by clarifying the sentance:
Constantly exceeding the speed limit suggests that there are other things which would make me think you are a poor driver.
I really don't know what your trying to say here.
Also, How are you defining "GOOD"? Is a Good Driver one who never gets a speeding ticket, never has an accident but drives 59 in the passing lane? Is it the nice guy who signals, and lets people in all the time, but allways "California" stops?. Is it someone who has a chase to caught ratio of 100:1 or 100:0? How long does it take for a person to become a good driver? If a person had a few accidents but then went the next 10 years without? What about exercising the ability to execute a flawless J - turn in an emergency situation? (this really happened to me, I was going up a steep hill in a 4x4 on icy terrain, and well, ABS doesn't work going backwards (not on street roads either)
As for shooting expierience, I hit four out of my first 5 clay pigeons with a shotgun, the fith was thrown before I was set. My first Duck was shot on my first try also. (My brother in law took me out. I ate it, wasn't fond, and haven't hunted since) The rifle thing happened shortly after. I do think video games taught me to wait until I was 100% sure I would hit the shot before I took it. I can say that video games don't prepare you for the KICK or the shoulder pains. (Honestly, I was crapy with the handgun. The kick throws your hand all over the place, and I was never "set" for my second shot.)
1. I learned to drive by watching movies and playing video games! (consequently, I earned a lot of speeding tickets as a youth, now I just drive a better car so I am "looked" at less)
2. I learned to shoot by playing CS, UT2K4, and Quake (1,2,3,4) My friend John loves to tell the story of my first time behind a rifle. Dead Center, First Shot.
Seriously, a PC is good for about 2(low end) to 4-5(high end) years. Technology changes. With that if you want a new video card, you can go out and buy a new AGP video card. HOWEVER, your benefit might not be as good as a PCI-E card. And either way, PCI-E just crossed AGP in performance anyway. So you would have to buy an expensive PCI-E card to push as much as what would saturate an AGP bus.
My friend has a PC and he wants a new graphics card. He has an AGP motherboard. So now he has to get a PCI-E board, new memory and a new CPU (possibly).
If you want the top technologies, yes you have to start over. If you want a significant upgrade, drop in a new card, and more ram. It really depends on what you got in the first place. I see so many people toss a perfectly good computer because it didn't have enough ram. (sweet for me!)
Speaking of RAM, Those standards are pretty concrete usually lasting about 4 years. Just don't buy into a new technology right away (RAMBUS anyone?) SD, DDR, just moving to DDR2 now (but will soon be skiped for DDR3) it's been a steady progression.
I have been with them for a long time too. I have allways been happy, but I had this one issue recently. I could not pay for an ebay auction because the seller requires a confirmed address. No big, I go through the steps to confirm, and get cycle errors. No big, I contact the seller and tell them about my issues, they say call paypal, and they can fix this for you. I contact paypal, and spend about 60 minutes on hold, and 15 minutes arguing with the "supervisor" about how waiting for 15 minutes and trying again is not going to solve my problems (they tried the classic "get him off the phone" routine.)
I was extremely upset, and after spending almost 80 minutes (yes 60 + 20 in one call) on hold, geting into an arguement with the "supervisor" I decided it just wasn't worth it!
If I had it my way, that's exactly how every crime would be dealt with. Soon, the population would be thinned a bit as stupid people start driving 100 mph in residential neighborhoods, and all would be well. I say just make people responsible for the problems they cause! If you go speeding, and hit somebody, then pay for it!
How very true. I have to say that if you don't trust your employees, they can't do their job. If they can't do their job, how are their supervisors going to do supervisory work? etc etc.
From a CEO's perspective you trust that your subordinates do their job, so that their subordinates are able to do their job all the way down to janitorial staff. Granted your level of trust declines proportionally to the level of visibility, but if the janitorial staff fails to take out the garbage for a week...
Exactly.
Neither senario should be "wrong."
Good thing for me, I believe in Moral Relativity. If it's wrong, but not really wrong.
Guns don't kill people.
People w/ decrypted movies that portray guns kill people.
Don't let the terrorists watch the Matrix on their IPOD!
Dos 6.22?
Windows?
Linux?
or PS3 OS 2 ?

A DW original.
And, they are not?
What an interesting proposition.

But what about Wii - Fi? I am sure MS doesn't want to help them out.
Wii Fi Foe Fum? I smell the blood of a Poe Ke Mon

Joe NoGamer: Slow news day? Whats the deal? Everyone at slashdot loves to see BUGS on the news!
Jen ToPo: Nope, all the rich nerds are waiting in freezing temperatures for a PS3
I am just sitting here at work, minding my own business when all of the sudden Iced Egg-Nog Latte reaches escape velocity from my nose!
whoops.. thats a lot not alot 8'(
damn publick skewls!
Well I have to say I do agree with that. Everyone makes mistakes. I am no angel, but I am concious of my faults.
Following too close is not only a sign of a bad, and impatient driver, it's also a sign of your impending doom!

O.K. I have a few things to say about that.
WHAT?

That is just plain silly. Here is a ahref=http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?I

Are they going to incorporate the storylines from the originals? and if so whos going to play Grant DaNasty, Sypha Belnades, and Allucard
Come on... this is the new millenium. Generation |V [] \v/ we need to have things instantly delivered!

Last night, complaining, because they couldn't (wouldn't) verify the address on a credit card that has been with the account for several years.
They had me on hold for a very long time, and in the end my call was not resolved, and I had spent 77 minutes and 33 seconds on the phone!
Not saying they deserved this, but with the kind of treatment I got, I am not surprised.

I agree with you whole heartedly.
in a post further down on the thread, I comented that most religions put it more like 1. god, 2. spouse, 3.
If I had mod points.... + insightful
