I want cool and interactive apps for my windows mobile phone. Its not like its less powerful than the Iphone. But as far as i see, windows mobile phones are seen as a "Executives" phone, ie more business, less play.

I think the point of this is to help push us from the closed source/buggy/proprietary usage of external libraries a browser must load and use, to having everything already built in the browser.
You know those rare fancy flash websites 4 years back that are all fancy and stuff? Guess what? Now you can do the exact same thing without flash, and without raping someones CPU!
Now as long as i can compile the browser which is suppose to follow standers, i can view any site that makes use of this new technology without worring about having flash for my OS(like x64 or other CPU architectures) or needing an OS which is supported by the library(like silverlight, and saying theres moonlight is like saying megablocks are an ok replacement for legos, well they fit together... sometimes)
I would love to have all this, cause then i can sift through the code to make sure theres nothing bad in it without pirating swf decompilers or sifting through il code.

This may last you 3-5 years or so An Iphone 3G G costs you, ehhh $199 oringal cost $60 a month for the At&t plan, minimum 2 year so minimum $1440, + 2 year dev, so $1638 for 2 years If we make it last 3-5 years, same as that cheap desktop, we are looking at between $2457 and $4095
Yes but windows is a 1 time fee, and it is usually added into to original devices price. Even then, you can go under the law and run a pirated version of XP in a VM under linux and not pay anything.
This on the other hand, you pay for the original device, and then you have to pay to release software for it. If you want to jailbreak it, you still have to buy the original device.
