Oh please. He wasn't saying it can't be done. There are any number of ways to prevent users/groups from executing solitaire. We can start by not deploying systems with it installed.
The Tomato firmware lets you scan each channel and identifies all wireless networks (including hidden w/o ssid) before you pick the channel you will use.
You can then pick the clearest looking channel.
You can also try the Windsurfer http://www.freeantennas.com/projects/template2/ which is an aluminum foil antenna you make to better direct your signal.
Thank you. I'm constantly trying to illustrate to people the advantages of the modularity of electricity.
So what if EVs are powered by coal plants, in the future all you have to do is replace the coal plants, rather than everyone replacing their car.
Not to mention the current infrastructure for electrical distribution. Any other energy source would require new infrastructure. For EVs, as far as I've seen, whatever gas stations are already in place are also connected to the grid.
Keeping the offering under the radar was to Best Buy's advantage. They most likely used a little effort to keep it quiet.
If everyone was aware that they were selling someone you could download for free, or even order a free CD of, there would be no benefit to selling it in the first place.
Agreed. Hopefully GRUB 2 fixes some of this. Not only do I have those same problems now and again, I'm on a laptop so I've encrypted each partition. If something happens to my precious boot image I need to boot from a live cd, load all the correct encryption modules, install cryptsetup-luks. Mount the encrypted volume, chroot it, then run update-initramfs.
I'm exhausted just from thinking about it.
I'll draw a cool map
Geez, Windows has supported using access points on a Wi-Fi network for quite a long time.
Lunix playing catch up yet again!
How is this offtopic? I disagree, but it's not offtopic.
What's the big deal, works fine on my reliable 5 year old Latitude D800.

I doubt it will take that long for a utility to come out to remove the info though.

I like having that extra hour in the morning. We could have a DST jump every other weak. Then skip, I dunno, Dec. 25th to account for the day we lost.

I tried unsuccessfully for about 2 minute to convince myself that it was real. FAKE
I'm still waiting on my patent for my public toilet preparation methodology.

You almost had it with ECFiber, just change it to EZFiber
There needs to be a better salary distribution. Good network administrators are like world class composers.
I don't want this information stored.
