    you create a image ( artistic work, protected by copyright ) host in some site, RI** download the image so they can see what torrent is hiding in image, RI** try to sue you, the shoot backfires, you sue the RI** for using your copyrighted material without paying the 80k imaginary market value, because you would sell the pic for 80k.

    Damm too much expensive, my child was born last week, and i saved the umbilical cord blood, for a period of 25 years i payed 1230 euros ( ~ $1670 USD ) ONE time feed, no mambo jumbo yearly payments.

    so someone is selling their products below real market value, that's "dumping" and where i live that's illegal!!

    here were i live, if a telco wants to lay down cable they have to have a permit from the town and of course pay a monthly fee for "underground usage", and one more thing, a town did indeed built their wireless network and gives it for free for the people living their. No "mambo jumbo" big fat telcos suing the town council for free internet access. This is indeed the land of freedom

    Yes the guy should be punished, he committed a crime, now if he is going to prison in the US or UK that's another problem ( for him ).

    But now a different perspective, some guy just hacked in to the "All mighty" nation's defense computers, after 9/11, so all that bigggg bucks spent on defense are doing what ? I for start would be very concerned how that is possible, and if that "guy" was indeed a terrorist someone would had a full day!

    Here im Portugal, i have 5mb/256k (cable ) and a 13gb cap only for 19euros, happy hour every day from 3AM to 9AM. And it's not the cheapest ISP around. Another isp, for 35euros we got 16mb/1mb unlimited on .PT and 50gb for "international", for plus 7.5 euros you got full unlimited. And the people around here complaint about...

    In Portugal a regular music cd costs around 15euro ( +/- US$27 ) but you can find the latests games for 55/60euro ( about US$95 ), a movie is charged at 25euro ( about US$40 ) ... i pay for my 24/1 adsl 49euro ( about US$ 77 ) and i get 120gb + unlimited on national ISP's, i have 1.5 Tb of disk space, the choice is obvious...

    Here in Portugal is the same, jail time for everyone, but a simple way to piss them off is to send all the ad's ( jpeg's, flash's ) by email to support@isp.something, the subject: Here the trash you left behind ...

    Is what i always do whem i receive pub by normal mail, pick the "free replay envelope" put all the trash they sent to me and there you go.

    you right, if they can't delivery what they sell, don't sell that much. It's like buying a car that the vendors says it goes to 300km/h but... only gets to 100km/h because you are "abusing" the car you payed for...

    Another question, if only the name and the addresses were to be displayed, why were the other "restricted data" available ? Reminds me off a case that happen were in Portugal, some "big player in politics" got sued and the state asked the phone company ( PT Comunicoes) the phone record's of the politician, so they send an .xls file with more that was asked, for example, phone record's of the president, but were safely protected in a "hidden column"....
