These children are also being pushed in every direction. From their parents, trainers, peers, and their nation. On top of the psychical stress they are putting their young bodies through, they are also having to deal with immense emotional stress.
Maybe they are so brainwashed with national pride, the emotional effects are not setting in.
So they've had two years less of training and they're able to compete at an Olympic level? On the flip side, at 14, the athlete's body is smaller and less developed. Cheating is cheating.
to own more plastic, game based instruments than i own real guitars, basses and amps. Granted, these games are fun...but it's getting a little out of control. I hope Nintendo and MicroSoft follow in the footsteps of Sony.
