maybe if we switch our standards to the government we can finally have microsoft do things the right way with search engines. instead of relying on those pigeons.
Bush's program is already over, he took it out of the State of the Union speech even. The whole thing is on hold. NASA budget is merely investigative (which they had in special funding after their last crash) and in a nutshell lifesupport.
Its so close to being a very good browser, but it seems to fall short in every area critically. Its bizzare standards problems being the worse of them all.
they can start by making a cros platform xforms extension for mozilla, roaming profiles, intergrate their implimentation of jabber into mozilla as a extension.
instantly mozilla would be ready for business in a serious way versus ie.
I would agree. Especially with Gateway and Dell installing everything under the sun on your computer to fuck it up these days.
Only people who can really start from scratch with their media have a chance at stability. With OSX you could loose your install media and never need it.
The Windows upgrades are terrible Win9X to WinXP upgrade is just a the kiss of death for the user stability... Win95 to Win98 was horrible.
I would quickly pay $100 for a solid cross platform roaming profile implimentation in the mainstream mozilla. I think plenty of people would jump at this as well o increase that amount quite easily.
Quite right, and an education system most or all people could afford.

i wonder what impact these symbol issues have with the dumbass investor. any know if there are published blunders out there?
yes, netledger is quite nice
correct, i didnt mean to say he backed off. but the conservatives rallied on that spending point severly before the SOTU speech

I saw some news where microsoft also had millions of emails that their fleet of lawyers told them to delete on a regular basis.
Perhaps they have wised up and stopped archiving everything that can get them in trouble.

oracle would have a full featured desktop client.
They really need a sable roaming profile.
this can be gotten around with isolating those systems heavily. you can still run old stale systems in their vintage state.
so if for isntance you need to run winnt 3.1 on your production floor you would have it segmented off from other networks.
SGI Irix has it as well for quite some time now (early 6.x i believe) as did VMS I believe and Compaq Tru-Thing. i dont know the versions on those.
I think SGI had a whole different rev of their IRIX however to support it (like do you want your machine IPv4 or IPv6)

You are correct.
Also very hard to fix prices on stuff and compete on the open market with alternative products abound.
Gas price fixing would be something we can all likely look at to for an example.
i seriously doubt that thousands of games work on that port.

Then they are not reusing enough resources. I dont see why they need to remake captures, physics etc for each game.
These engines and toolsets are supposed to make these things cheaper and easier. But it doesnt look like it.
And there are a lot of crappy games out thre tht are at the same price point as the premiere games.
And some games are merely repackaging / ports of existing games at that same high price.
the xbconnect package is basically just that ... xbox live emulation
God I hope they read my monster.com resume soon. I'll make sure to amend my resume with 'low moral compass'.
