    i can't say i'm ok with it but barring the use of convicted death row criminals i don't really see another alternative (when it comes to medicine). I'm absolutely 100% opposed to animal testing for cosmetic products. That they can put in my milennium goals

    extradition based on what ? the rape in sweden (which is not proven and outside US jurisdiction) or the stolen info (which he did not steal actually) ... or just the asslicking posture of europe towards the us that is getting on everyone's nerves for quite some time now ? you can only bend over backwards for so long. Personally i don't even like the guy, he seems, as some say, a mediafigure who enjoyed the fame way too much, and i think it's mostly that which got him into trouble. If you stick your middlefinger in the wrong asshole you end up like the pirate bay guys. That's modern democracy for you. It stinks of just another powergame but as said, if the us wants someone , they kinda dont care, they just send a swat team halfway round the world, and make up the legal papers after. It's a farce at best

    right so you are not supposed to keep your cellphone close to your head for too long but you get to wear glasses. What are the numbers on wear and tear on the eyes and connected muscles and nerves, i can imagine this kind of tek gives you a lot of very small, almost spastic movements in short time. as bmo below, it seems like a great tek for work and practical use, but i don't see how it can be healthy when used for longer periods. Unless you're some kind of totally implanted syndicate soldier?

    also, the way the post refers to 'suspected pirates' seems to be a bit off ... if they just monitor bittorrent swarms they have to be actively downloading it as far as i know, if all they can get at you with is your ip it's a total waste of money, i'm guessing tax money, as in not funded by the lobby itself
    a shady strategy, but if it calms the vultures and hyenas down i'm all up for it. I just wonder how many torrents they will be monitoring at one single time

    mh ... don't worry, the rabbits are soon to be replaced with illegal downloaders from hell so there's enough money left to fund the jailing of rapists and sociopaths ... and then china lays off about 10k a year and uses their organs for people who need transplants ... what if they were to shoot 10k rabbits instead ? good thing there's no good or bad, only the norm of the moment

    finally something positive amidst the artificially induced crisis rampage, the criminalization of privacy, tor, soon any kind of vpn perhaps, european censorship pointing fingers at the chinese and korea ... i love this shit, it's an in your face we did it while you just stood there bickering.     what happened to the disclaimer 'any likeness etc. etc.' that was present in about every movie and eps ? not good enough anymore. The world is turning towards a dangerous level of douche and panzyness if you ask me
    i'm gonna commit mortal sin because a previous post has already been archived. I can see why people would try to watch it if they have to wait two to four years before it appears on tv here. I heard a lot of complaining about these young criminals all having seen spartacus already thanks to that damned and blasted terrorist internet ... about when they started airing the first season here last year.
    so yea, why would anyone do that ... no idea ... why would anyone alter post release? no idea, i thought you guys overthere had to pass more commisions than street stones when moving something from a studio to the broadcast... someone missed it then?

    the moral of the story remains the same : it's better to sling coke and rob banks than to operate a search engine that doesnt run in the billions, it's also less bad to rape someone than to download a cd, the fines are obviously a lot smaller there as well, Best thing he can do if he has reliable friends/family is to never own anything again himself and hope they don't turn their democratic eye on whoever is helping out. They might just have forgotten to report $5 of income without paying tax and get jailed for a few years for crimes against humanity themselves

    sorry for the dp ... it's quite consistent with the belgian kind of democracy we've all come to love here where public opinion is something that gets modelled after a decision has been made ... enlightened despotism or whatchu call it? he did after all set his first babysteps in this stable and honest political climate. I've never known anyone to be so openly and obviously paid off by 'the lobby'. Democratically elected huh ? We elect parties here, not persons, the parties divide the seats themselves ... it's some kind of -cracy, that's true at least

    i'm a bit confused ? if i, like i usually do, go out and buy a mainboard and cpu in the box ... and two harddrives, one on which i install linux, the other just big enough to store my steam games collection and windows on ... will i need to bother with keys ? will the mainboard 'lock' itself to the first os installed ??
