    I used to have Windowsblinds, too, but only to 'shave' the eyepoop from my desktop. I found it too ressource draining and unstable and uninstalled within a few days.

    It's sort of an inverse marketing policy to Apple's - they just 'stack shit higher' with every new version, prompting users to buy new version because of glitter rather than faults in earlier versions.

    They're using the Phantom for training missions. They have a fully functional Mars Environment Simulator running on that thing. They plan to release this software for free with the Phantom (which already is set to ship with the next installment of the Duke Nukem series) to attract interest and money for their project while also preparing potential employees ("soldiers") to the harsh environment...

    The article also refers to string theory, but only arbitrarily - it mentions, among other things, that string theory has predicted the existence of more dimensions. It doesn't only say that these findings don't collide with string theory.
