    You need a third party plugin, after installation you can import your Kindle or DRMd epub books into Calibre and the DRM will be removed in the process.

    It would fall towards or orbit around the star in the center of a Dyson sphere.
    Isaac Newton was the first to prove that everywhere inside a spherical shell of uniform density the gravity cancels out, so only the mass of the central star has influence.

    I have never seen the thumbs up used non-sarcastically.
    Holding your hand up in a static wave combined with a nod of the head looks good to me, but in Papua New-Guinea it may convey your intent to do unspeakable things to the recipient's mother .

    It's however an effective method for preventing prostate cancer, which makes it close enough to a medical treatment for me. Especially when doing it while watching Latex Nurses IV.

    I hate it when I find that I have to order the print edition and wait a month for it to arrive because the Kindle version is region blocked. (OTOH I wouldn't but any Kindle books if I couldn't strip the DRM off and convert them to EPUB because I don't own a Kindle.)

    Boy are you out of the loop.
    There are plenty of movie streaming sites, most are located outside of the US though. (Google "streaming movies" to find some) That doesn't even include individuals holding movie night on ustream.

    The problem is that a cartesian bot for milling needs to be far stiffer and far powerful than one used for extruding plastic, making the bot needlessly expensive, although there is a guy on the reprap forums who made a printer from lathe parts. Building his own controller and writing his own G-code interpreter.

    It's like your 2D printer that will never replace an offset press, but (eventually) people not skilled to work with professional tools or without money and space for a well equipped workshop could use one for decent quality personal or professional one-off pieces.
